I have recently did mail extension and art from the store and found that I should share the review for the same. The quality of the work totally unprofessional just within 8 days it was tearing and getting yellowish, the person who did it was told me about the yellowish part of I use my hand over foods but tearing the quoting from the nails it was unprofessional work that’s why it’s happening. The place is very uncomfortable while the guy himself proved he is unprofessional as the outer side of the nail art was so sticky and with liquify with coloured polish he just said clean your hand at night all will be gone, I cleared my hand same day and found nothing gone all stuck with unacceptable looks. So all together I’m very much disappointed with the service and definitely the pricing what I paid for, if I have to pay that much it should at least stays a month or so with the decent looks but really DISAPPOINTED with the service support and behaviour.

If there were an option for 0 star, I would have used it. Pathetic receptionists always trying to loot the customers. Very rude and annoying; always refusing to accept nearby coupons. The receptionists do not know how to speak to customers and do not understand unless they are bashed!

Its was really overpriced. I had just taken hair cut for men and beard ot charged me somewhere around 2k. Where as in 2k i can get a hair spa as well if i visit vlcc or naturals.

I highly recommend Sumit roy, the hair dresser in sec 5 branch for any hair cut.. he really has some magic in his hands.. I had most frizzy hair and unmanageable one. The rough edges and split ends made it look much dull. But after having the cut the end result is awesome😍😍😍😍😍. It seems like I never had any issues related to my hair... just only cut made it soft ,silky, flawless. I sincerley recommend him for any hair dressing. He is not only professional but also has good knowledge about product and different types of hair.❤

Okay so lets start with the staffs. Theyre very polite and know what theyre doing. Theyre extremely professional. Prashant did magic to my hair. I have thin hair and because of that most of the haircuts dont look good on me(as per my previous stylist). But after the hair cut my hair looks voluminous which I wanted badly and most importantly my hair looks healthy. At first he shampooed my hair then blow dry it,cut it and after the haircut he also styled my hair with curling iron(this is not even that much costly can you believe that?I went to many salons but most of the time either I was not happy with my haircut or it cost me an arm and leg ). I am very happy with the result. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON! But just remember to make an appointment before going there or else itll take too much time.

Hair stylist Sumit gave a really good haircut. Even Mary who did my eyebrows did a very good job.

I never leave a negative comment. But Im forced in this case. I went for haircolor and even after expressing my concern to the hairstylist multiple times, I ended up with a color patch on my favorite top. The delay in billing and technical issues faced during payment is understandable. But a color patch on clothes is heartbreaking.

I usually do not leave a negative review. However, I am forced to leave a comment this time. I got a Keratin treatment done from Sudip who is a hair specialist. He did the needful, no doubt. However, when ironing he burnt the side of my face. While I do understand it was human error, what was annoying was that he was absolutely unapologetic about it. When I whatsapped the picture of the burnt area to him (the next day), he did not even bother to respond. Please take a call when you visit such self-proclaimed high end places. Such negligence should definitely not be tolerated by Head Turners. But I am sure no action will be taken whatsoever.

Took a chance of going to this salon. As I m new to this city. Finally Prashanth did a great job. The staff were friendly and Prashanth was well experienced. Cost I feel like bit high.

Had been there for hair trimming,appointed Mr. Shan as my hair dresser seeing from the review comments. It was my first visit, no doubt he did his job well.. But the issue was the their lady manger how she manages things and interacts, and while asked to provide warm water for my hair wash they couldnt, so found a bit average standard while comes to service.

I did smoothening from head turners sec 5 branch. I did that from sumit he was quite good. The lady who is sitting at the reception worst with her behavior she doesnt even know how to talk to with customer. They charged me 4999 for smoothing before doing the service i confirmed the charged and they said we are having puja offer so your job will get done within 4999 including of taxes as I was supposed to use near by coupon which would cost around 3888 but they convinced that they would use steam pod iron which is good for hair. After the service is completed the receptionist charges me 4999+900 for tax i was shocked that time and confused as I was confirmed by sumit the charge was including of taxes.the receptionist was too much bad with her attitude.she doesnt even know basic maners who gave her this job they should throw her out otherwise head turners will receive more bad reviews because of her. Next day I went for hair wash as this was part of the activity and I was supposed to get one spa on that day as it was included within that but they just washed my hair and made me fool that spa was included in shampoo. So redicioulus,i did not say anything but highly disappointed. Sumit as a professional was good but he also made me fool to go with the flow. My overall experience really bad.

I am very frequent to this parlor... almost every month I visit there. I get really good service from hair dresser Sumit, beautician Mary and Sushmita. But when ever I have to take pedicure from Munna, he has huge tantrams almost every time. Yes he do it good, but that do not give him the right to do whatever he feels like.I was suppose to do the leg waxing and pedicure together today..so Munna being very smart said, he will not so the cream message as this will create issues in waxing.I said fine, post the waxing you do the message, but to my surprise he vanished from there. Then l hed tell the receptionist to get some one else to do that, and that was horrible.When I complained to reception the lady named Anindita, said I can take pedicure from someone else and they did not even bother to ask Munna why he has done this. Which very clearly means they are supporting him in his act and di not bother about the same. Moreover they do not have any manager there and no not have a complain resister as well. Have a complin box , which you can see and understand no one bother to open this even. I asked for owners connect details they have outrightly refused. Not really sure what kind of service is this....and II leave this to all of you to decide if you want to spend.money and get deceived like this. If owner of this parlor is serious about his business...he/ she needs to be serious about his staff behaviour.

Extremely bad experience. They always try to push products and promotions. I went for a haircut. I had long thick curly hair. I specifically told the hairdresser Shaan not to cut it too short. I told him not to blow dry after shampoo but he insisted that wet hair will cause breakage and did a blow dry. Then I again told him to do layers only if the length would not be too short. He still cut my hair to shoulder length. At the time since it was blow dried it did not look so shockingly short. But it was still shorter than expected. I did not say anything because there was no point. After I came home and shampooed the next day the result was horrible. Also, this guy told me be is giving me a Wella Professional Shampoo and Conditioner but instead gave me some shoddy product that I hadnt heard of. Extremely bad experience. The price does not justify this terrible service. Any local hair salon would be far better than this. Would never recommend this place ever.Edit: Response to owner - I dont know how this can be resolved. It would at least take a year to grow my hair back to that same length. Anyhow my bill was Rs 1,522 charged on September 12 at 7:06 PM. The bill has only cash memo mentioned and your GSTIN No. The customer copy has Invoice No: 001421.

Horrible experience!! NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HEREWe went there for a hair cut - me and my husband !! I must share that it was a hugely disappointing experience !!They out their trainees for hair cut and when I refused and asked for a proper stylist they started arguing !! But their charges are way above their standardAnother stylist made a mess of my husbands hair cut and when we gave feedback to the lady at the billing counter - she just smiled and ignored what I said !!To me they are nothing more than a roadside hair saloon but with outrageous prices !!!
