Very good service and very good behaviour. Ranjana aunty and all the staff is very good.Reasonable charges as well, not too much charge for anything. All products are extremely good.I am preparing myself for my marriage and trust me this is the best place for that.

Quite satisfied with the one on Dumdum Rd. A bit hard to find initially in the busy area but once I went in, the service were pretty good. I took 2 different services and were quite happy with both. They also maintain good hygiene and ensure cleanliness.

Visited the salon yesterday and got the service of hair spa and facial....no doubt the behaviour of the stuffs and owner were great....but the service I received pathetic.....I was told that some package is there and I chose to proceed with that....initially for the hair spa the message was good...but I never got to know which products are being used and I neither got any steam that is essential for a hair spa and as usual the final outcome was disgusting....my hair looked just the same....no smoothness....same dry...just a bit straight as some blow dry was done and now for the facial part...some ozone brand was used and I didnt see any product inside the facial room...everytime the stuff got out , a product was brought to apply on my face....during the facial itself...I started to feel that some kind of irritation is going on in my left cheek and as a result after the facial I got a huge red colored inflammation on my left cheek.....totally disgusting...wouldnt recommend to anyone.....

Great service. All best products were used. The staffs were very skilled, patient and professional with their work. All the precautionary measures were taken during the time of covid-19. All the equipments and seats were sanitised after use by each client. The visitors were also sanitised as soon as they enter. I had a great experience. Visiting again soon.

Just Came across this wonderful Saloon Chromatic Family Salon &Spa with State-of-the-art facilities and impressive offerings.I found the hair dresser called Sridam to be extremely polite, understanding and more than capable in catering customer requirements.Moreover, I cant thank them enough for adhereing to the pandemic induced precautions such as temperature checks, usage of PPEs which would certainly go the extra mile in establishing customer confidence.
