Apart from room and bed nothing was on point. Wifi was not working, TV was not working. Bathroom was stinking, water was jammed in bathroom. Staff was good who was assisting me.

Rooms are not so clean. Food is not good also price is very high. Washroom has no hand shower. Service is not good.

The hotel is situated in a very good location near the park circus seven point. The rooms are spacious (Classic 2X) and very clean. The staffs are very helpful. Overall it is a lovely place to stay.

Wont recommend this hotel if you have a night life. The receptionist wont allow you to return after 1130. Broken bathroom faucets and dirty bedsheets are its key features.

I have stayed here for 3 days and the staff was very welcoming. Food is a bit pricey, I hoped for atleast the quantity, they didnt allow the outside orders or food. They denied my request for a better room despite their fault of having cockroaches in the first room, they asked me to pay more for the better room. They didnt take the ownership of the cleanliness of the first room rather I had to pay extra for the new room.

More or less a good and comfy place to stay. Customers might need to enforce certain amenities themselves although some websites show its already a part of the package that one chooses. However, I liked the washrooms. Small but polished.Warning note- water is not complimentary and do get mosquito repellents as the neighborhood is shabby.

Hotel with reasonable price for stay. I will give you five star for the behavioural approach but not for the facilities you provided. Few points you should improve to be listed in top1) Roach problem in rooms which should immediately be abolished by local pest control agency.2) Few stuff like Door mate,water glass, electric kettle should be provided in rooms itself. These are basic needs provided everywhere in this price range.3) Foods are overpriced.

A beautiful room for any perfect occasion and at an economical price. The staff service is also great and the location is also easily navigable.

They forcefully take your phone while checkout on the pretext of checking the booking amount stating some issue with the system. And Right then they click on 5 stars and get such ratings. Rooms not clean. Linen dirty.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, from 18th-22nd December 2020. The room was tastefully furnished and the sheets and blankets were clean. The room was quite spacious as well and the lighting adds a nice ambience to it. The bathroom was equipped with a geyser and both overhead and hand showers, as well as both sprinkler and toilet paper. The staff was friendly too and assisted us promptly. The only issue we had was that the room had a slight roach infestation as we noticed a number of small roaches during our time there. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I cancelled my booking as they nowhere had the policy of not allowing outside food in the app and the guy sitting just stated that they need to make money and cant allow outside food. And added that its my problem if I loose money after cancelling. Btw they dont have a restaurant or any license just a kitchen from the serve food which btw is a felony under FSSAI ACT 2006 which am sure they would be stupid enough to not know.

It was quite satisfactory stay at this place.. Staff was really amazing; i really appreciate the attitude and behavior of front desk people.. Young boy who was attending the guest at evening and a very lovely girl in morning was taking responsibilities of whole team of hotel.. Really great effort by that girl.. Coming to services. looking at price whole experience was good enough.. Few things missing like there should be an electric kettle in room so that guest can have a cup of tea in night if require.. No in house restaurant and menu of food was showing most of the non veg options.. Even i asked for breakfast in morning which was included in my package but they could not deliver on time but that reception girl take the charge and somehow arrange alternate option during my checkout... Full marks to staff.. Could improve hotel services.. Thanks

Never visit this place! NEVER!Temperature wasnt checked neither sanitizer provided.Pathetic behaviour of the receptionist lady. Kept us waiting for her own job to be done. After providing her with ID proof she enquired in a bad tone with a really unexpected behaviour about the age of my partner. Technically and legally the age for booking through oyo is 18 and above. We both are above 22 years and yet this kind of a harassment. Most unpleasant and informal behaviour from a Receptionist.And why is it important to mention Fathers name for police record! We are adults, valid id proofs are being provided, photographs are being taken. What more! Oyo doesnt mention these kind of terms and conditions!Next coming to the rooms, utterly small rooms with water leaking in the bathroom. And AC was not working either. RequestedStaff change rooms and they didnt.Never ever going back to this place again.Waste of money, time and mood!

A close relative of mine along with his family was staying at this hotel on their visit to Kolkata. I, being quite close to them and also staying in the same locality decided to pay them a visit and accompany them around the city.On 26th October 2019, I went to SilverKey Executive Stays and was let down by many things. The staffs attitude, lack of hospitality, erratic behaviour, ignorant assumptions, lack of ownership has comparatively made me rate them two stars. I would have surely rated them a single star if I would have officially stayed in their rooms.I was visiting them with a small polybag in my hand as I was carrying a few chocolates for my niece who was staying in there. The first strike with me was with the receptionist lady who was judging me just by the packet and inquired if I am the delivery boy. I, clarified, saying that I am not here to deliver food, but, to meet my family members.After that, she along with a young guy, inquired why I am visiting guests in their rooms. I once again clarified and emphasized that I am visiting my family members. Now, both of them, quite demanding asked me if I was aware that no guests are allowed. I was shocked by their delivery of speech and inquired what the matter was. Then, the guy, quite politely informed me that extra people are not allowed to enter the premises.I fed them the information that I have a comfortable home in the vicinity and I am not here to stay or spend the night, to which they again asked if I will be staying for several hours. I, quite irritated by now, asked them how long will they allow me to stay, to which, they just blankly stared. I volunteered to clam the situation informing them that at best I will be staying for half an hour, to which they said, I can go and simply showed me the lift door.It is to be noted that, they did NOT ask my name, did NOT ask for any identification details, did NOT ask which room I intend to visit, did NOT ask for the booking name to cross-check if I am not bluffing and did NOT call the room to inform about my visit. This is a serious lack of control measure, wherein the vitals were missed and they simply harassed on a petty note.I also came to learn from my niece that the hotel does not allow delivery agents from online food ordering portals, viz, Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats and the likes to deliver food. They ask the guests to come down and collect from the hotels main door. Since I am unaware of OYOs policy in this regard, I am not criticising them, but, this is sad that in this age, we are not easily allowed to have food just because there is an in-house kitchen.

Stayed at hotel crescent residency, park circus (oyo), silver key, room 403; a few days back. Though the room was ok, it was not comfortable. There was no table in the room where we could keep the food that we ordered. When we asked for any room service it came by no sooner than 30 to 45 mins. The toilet paper was not provided may be because the toilet paper holder was broken. The AC did not work properly, and one of the 4 days that we stayed the AC broke down and we could not sleep well because of the heat. We could not even leave the room and look for another hotel because we were forced to pay the full amount before check in (supposedly, a new oyo rule), which would not be refunded if we had to check out in the middle of our stay. The breakfast arrived cold, and tasteless, every morning. Only one slice of bread and an omelette. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located on a very busy street with traffic 24hrs. It overlooks a Shivji temple and close access to public transport.Good for people visiting the city for Hospital and Treatments as there are two good medical facilities close-by.Park street, Ripon Street, Hazra, Gariahat , Picnic Garden and Kasba are accessible by Auto from the hotel.

The location is very close to all kinds of shopping.Hotel staff was so damn polite rooms were new and extra ordinary complimentary breakfast was awesome.wifi facility is great. Above all these the receptionist named Sourav was cool guy and a thorough gentleman with polite nature and friendly hosting..... People new for Kolkata should definitely make a check in into this oyo.
