The hotel is shabby to say the least. The hotel management is pathetic and denied us booking. The neighborhood is dirty and rooms are unhygienic. Dont fall for the sweet words from the manager.

Very nice hotel , rooms are cleaned and air conditioned. Price is also cheap and room service is also good.But dont order food from the hotel itself either you order food online or you can go to some resturant.

Fan fall out from the wall. Room full of bed bugs, holes in the wall, AC was very weak and didn’t keep a stable temp. Gave another star just because the behavior of staffs were good and for the location.

Nice hotel to stay with friends. All the important places of the city can be easily accessed.I stayed here during IPL, and Eden Garden is merely 15 minutes walk away. This proved to be of great help while returning late night after the match.

It was fine. The elevator was very small though. It can hardly take 4 people in it. Workers were very friendly. Room was great.

This is the wotst hotel I have ever slept. The hotel room was broken. TV, shower and other amenities was not working. After asking four times for towel and soaf the reception and hotel boy was just laughed at me but didn’t provide the service. So after living one day I decided to left the hotel and find another hotel. The didn’t provide a sandal at the room or at the toilet. No floor mat even. And their behavior was really bad. No toilet tissues has been provided. And sometimes they arranged marriage or other programme inside the hotel to earn more money. For these reason there will be kore crowd and noise and you cant sleep. The location is also in a odd place. For the food shopping and hangout you have to hire a private trasport or walk long to get a public transport.

Its amidst a hustle bustle small gully.. near Maulana Azad College. Room are fine not that luxurious but yeah you can manage. Staffs are good. I have been staying here with my family and they know us really very well. Hotel is 24 hrs open. Wifi is there. Best thing is the fruit market just nearby. You get best of fresh fruits. Quite a reasonable hotel.

In short Its Very Nice And Comfortable...... I Think Its Best For All Muslim From Bangladesh....love it

Hotel service was all over good ,but this place is in a extreme interior area,The surroundings over here can be considered as a slaughter house of fish,goat,chicken and animal worshiped in Hindu religion

Worst service!! Wifi dont work at all in second floor... told the manager to fix it. Then manager said that he will get it fixed. But he didnt do it. The phone also didnt work. If u have to call room service or order for food,u have to go outside of your room then there is a calling bell then if u press then, u have to wait at least 15/20 mins..then if u are lucky,a boy will show up.But the price of the room is cheap than any other hotels.

Worst hotel I have stayed even if it is for 1 day. Not recommended in any way and please stay out of it. The rooms are unclean and you may get infected. If there is a concept of negative marking, I would have used that.

First of all i just love to visit kolkata, nd m a frequent visitor, according to my budget being a student new city hotel tariff are best and the best thing is that new market takes only 10 min from there.I wont prefer it as a family stay.For bachelors or for only gents its quite a good deal.

Worst service. Dont go there. Booked a single AC room and confirmed about the availability of the wifi before booking. After getting in, I found that the wifi is not working. I complained it in several time, but didnt work. Most surprising things was AC. AC is there, but no remote control. ACs switch is controlled anywhere outside of room. Need to asked several times to switch on the AC.

Service is not very good to use the manager. Wi-Fi doesnt work.There is a comod in the bathroom but there is no hose pipe. Dont go there you will lose money.😡😡
