The property is located in a very good place. The reception staffs are very good, co-operative, ready to help at all times. I was very lucky that my room was upgraded. There is no kitchen in the hotel but the food is arranged by them on request.Only one point which I need to mention is that the hotel management must appoint a good housekeeping supervisor who will look into the cleaning of room furnitures, bath towels.The Supervisor will guide where to keep the cleaning items such as mob, broom, buckets, the housekeeping cart not in front of guest room.Overall, a nice stay at the hotel... Will visit again.....

If you are on business trip in bara bazar then its location is excellent. Rooms are clean and tidy but it has issues with bathroom.

If you come to kolkata to buy bunch of saree, you could stay in this hotel. They received guest even if you come late at night because you got the last flight.They also allow foreign guests as long as you have visa and passport. In Bara Bazar, I think they have the best services and room because most of the hotels there dont allow foreigners :) I book the room in other hotel nearby but when I come up, suddenly they said that they dont allow foreigners. Im so shocked by that fact alone since its midnight and most hotels are closed for reservations. Alhamdulillah HWH can still accepted me :)

Hotel is good to go for, with polite staff.. Only problem was, TV not working at the time of my stay..As i frequent visitor to kolkata for business purpose, the hotel is at the place of my working..

I recommend this hotel for busienss stay. One of the best hotels near Barabazaar market. Standard Room space is average but sufficient for single person stay. I was upgraded to superior room so my room was a bit spacious. Staff are bery courteous. They dont serve non vegeterian food in restaurant or room.

Its one of the old hotel cum restaurant in Berhampore. Centrally located. Its just beside Mohona bus stand; that is the central bus stand of Berhampore. No bar is available. Once it was the best hangout place over there but sadly now its struggling to survive. Here the restaurant section was main attraction. But staying is also comfortable and affordable. The location of the hotel is so central that one can access bus stand by 1 min walking and Berhampore court railway station by 15 min walking.

The White House Hotel is quite large. I am not sure the number of hall or buffets into the hotel but the reception is quite good. It is in MG road and it is easily visible from the road due to the big board of the hotel. And of course it is white in color

It is not worth. There is no restaurant and you can only get tea/coffee served at yiur room. In fact, i asked for two sachets of sugar for my cup of coffee instead of one, but, was denied on the ground that the vendor who maintains the coffee vending machine provides only one sachet per cup. HORRIBLE.

Pathetic people I would never ever suggest any one to visit even once to this property.

Worst hotel n pathetic staff .I booked hotel for 3 days. The manager was not gave me the room. Finally they are not gave me the room after all the disscussion n wasted time then i stayed in another hotel for 3 days in just opposite of the same hotel. The hotel staff n nobody helps me from this mess they are not refund my amount and not listen my problem. Please check all cc tv camera s in between 8am -12:30 pm of check in date of the receptions area then they know how bad they was behaved with me.

Very unprofessional guys, if it is possible I am going to rate this hotel with - 100 but my bad luck that there is no such option. Specially the guy named Amjad who calls himself a manager but not even equals to a waiter professionally, he dont know the meaning of hospitality even I think he is not a hotel management pass out how can the hotel owner hire such an employee for his hotel who is not ready to understand a guest situation of booking a hotel on a different date by mistake just one day prior to check-in. Even after several requests by me and also from Goibibo he completely denied to do so, I would request all reading this review to never go to such a property. If you people are not ready to amend my dates fine it is OK you will not sustain by taking someones money worth. But I would like to inform you that I am going to stay in a dormitory rather than staying at your hotel.

Made a booking, by mistake I did it for another date that is just one day early so simply wanted to amend the dates but thanks to Mr. Amjad he denied me directly saying We will not do it, you can do whatever you want than I asked Goibibo guys to sort my problem, shocked to hear that the same guy Mr. Amjad denied as well to Goibibo guys also. I have been customer for last five years to this hotel, nowadays the maintenance and services become worst. I have booked an A/C deluxe room for two days(august 11,12) but i have been given a Non A/C room with an excuse and second day they changed me to A/C room. but while i checked out i was charged for A/C room for the whole two days. i asked (many times)them to change the bill (one day Non A/C tariff and one day A/C tarrif) so that i can pay for what i have been given, but the manager Mr.Rampappu refused to alter the bill.After i told him that i am gong to write a review on inernet, he gave me Rs.200/- back.the managent is not genuine, so be carefull.

I cant understand who have made you the manager of a hotel where as you dont even stand in front of a sweeper of a hotel is this the way to coordinate with a guest is this the way you speak to your guest.
