We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Saad. The staff were very helpful and nice. All the safety measures were taken for COVID and the room, washroom were clean and tidy. The food was tasty though a little expensive. We arrived at the hotel at 8am and they gave us a free complimentary early check in. Overall, we had a really good time and look forward to visit again!

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is connected very well to all parts of the city. Facilities are just about alright. Cleaning staffs comes everyday, food is always available, staffs are courteous. Rooms aren’t very spacious or fancy, so are the amenities in them. But the hotel is quite strict about their couple policy. Local couples aren’t allowed until they show their marriage certificate, I was asked to present certificate, pictures etc. I stayed for 5 days in this hotel and except for the marriage certificate incident I had a peaceful stay.

Rooms are averagely good comparing to other hotels of same range in that area or in entire Kolkata. Ambiance inside the hotel is also good but cant say excellent as I have seen some referable hotels where ambiance and interior is better than this. But staffs are good and helpful.

Hotel was very good... Hotel stuffs behavior is also noticeable... And theyre good with the breakfast and food also... But the question is why would you want to go there... I dont think theres any good place of attraction and shopping malls around... Youll be surrounded by girzas and maszids... although the bus and auto rickshaws are always available at walking distance station park circus is about 2 kms away and nearby metro is 4 kms away...

Hotel Saad, Tiljala Road in Kolkata is a good and economic option for single traveller. Staff is good and helpful. This is my 4th stay in last 2-3 months. Initially I did face service issue with housekeeping staff for serving dinner but when I shared abt it with Front desk/ Reception staff, they immediately addressed my concern and ensured I get better and quality services. This is my preferred hotel in Kolkata for an economic and safe stay. Some of my colleagues and associates suggested that area is not recommended (Muslim dominated area) but I do not have any major concerns as Saad hotel is second building in a small lane on main road. Hotel staff is very helpful and ensures you have a pleasant stay. You can try this once to experience more !

Its really amazing stay. Before booking I has gone through earlier reviews.it is really worth staying for the amounts you are paying. You can try chicken biriyani with mutton at restaurant called bindas.just 150mtr from hotel saad.room size is sufficient for couples.nice cooling Ac,clean wash room, and security for belonging assured. Friendly staff as well.it was wonderful experience for me.......

Good hospitality, comfortable room.hot water service , A/c ,TV facility available. Complimentary breakfast is fine. Only issue is room bit stinks due to location.. which managed by room fresheners provided by hotel staff... Clean washrooms.

During the lock down period they still provided services without interruption, very cordial and helpful staff!!

I stayed for 3 nights with my family in an Executive ROOM...the room is not so spacious but full of all amenities U need like writing desk...small sofa..fridge..32ench led t.v...electric cattle..splits A.C... nd a hygienic toilet...with toiletories... location of d hotel is just in a throwing stone distance from 4no bridge nd Parkcircus station. the main part of this hotel is d smiling, cooperative but well mannered nd well trained Staffs nd housekeeping...they are always there to help U even in the midnight.. Complimentary brekfast is awesome with delicious variable choice..but the food served is very spicey..nd oily...but there is also option for U to order as Ur choice..in a word its a budget friendly hotel without food if U get the offer from Goibibo ....I must recomend this hotel to the family travellers nd Couples for a secure nd budget friendly stay smelling the Hustle nd Bustle of Parkcircus area.

Hotel staff are really good. They make sure to cater to the needs of their customers. If you do make a plan to stay at this hotel, make sure you try their food once. The taste and quality is just superb. Lastly the location of the hotel is a bit nuisance, as its located nearby rubber factory. If you are inside the hotel its not much of an issue.

Nice budgetary hotel

We stayed only one night at hotel Saad but really enjoyed it there. The staff is super friendly and offers excellent service. Rooms arent huge but more than sufficient and clean and we had a fan and an ac. And finally the breakfast was delicious!

What we paid for the room for per day is not at all worth it. Breakfast Buffet was only having puri with curry and bread with egg for continuously 2 day. The menu was same. The entrance area of the hotel is clumsy and there is no parking available. But yes the staffs are cordial and friendly.

Room Was small. But the staffs r so good and courteous. they helped me for early check in and given one small room for freshup and kept my luggage there till my room ready. Breakfast was nice. overall it was nice stay

Worst hotel, Worst Experience in my life, no couple entry, worst food and worst staff, Reseptionist is recommending me if you want to go to any other hotel you can after taking full payment and room also not alloted. Everything is good but the washroom taps were not working properly. We had booked two rooms and boh rooms cold water knob werent working.. We complained, they did some fitting but still the same... Courtesy, service and facilities are good. It is just near the main road thus convenient. I guess food menu was a bit over priced... Overall good.

H S means - HORRIBLE SERVICE and not Hotel SaadThis is our first impression we got when it started from the arrangements of the rooms for our group. They asked for the whole amount in Advance and alloted less rooms at the beginning thats so disgraceful as their eating money first and serving customers later, this how do they treat their guest. They should have informed before collecting the money stating that there is 6 rooms only available out of 10. These guys spoiled our tour mood. Dont come here for god sake.

The stay was awesome. Cordial staff and clean rooms with every basic amenities was delightful. Will surely recommend to my friends. Situated aptly, transportation to rest of Kolkata is readily available.

Affordable stay but not in a good locality. In fact on the verge of a slum area. Our friend had booked the rooms for us and hence we did not complain. Linen wasnt cleaned in few of the rooms. Otherwise service was quick and guys at the reception were very helpful in guidance of the city.Has a small Restaurant and B/F is complimentary.

We stayed there for two days in semi double bedded rooms.Everything was excellent,starting from the behaviour of the staffs,location of the hotel,quality of food which was provided in complimentary buffet breakfast.Clean, safe hotel for family trip as well as official purpose.The hotel is equipped with all the modern amenities like lift, ac,geyser.They also provide newspaper in the room.It is really value for money.we went there from howrah station which is 9 kms.in an ac bus, bus no.ac 12. Taxies and other non ac buses are also available from howrah station, any bus towards science city,topsia.Stoppage is park circus where bridge no. 4 ends. Just where the bridge ends,get down at bus stop and on the opposite direction you will find hotel saad.I booked it through goibibo. Wonderful experience.Thanks goibibo and hotel saad for providing this kind of service at a very competitive price.We will come once again and stay at hotel saad.

Hotel is good .. Staff behaviour is good.. Rooms are nice .. Overall cleanliness can be improved .. They should change the blanket covers after every use. I found previous customers hairs entangled.

It is a cheap hotel and the rooms and bathrooms reflect that. But having said that the rooms were clean, well maintained and great value for money. Bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. Dining hall food was high quality.

It is located near bridge no. 4. So the location is convenient, its near 7point crossing. Breakfast is ok not meeting the standards. Rooms were clean and spacious, i booked executive room. Its good to stay for night and roam in city during day. Staff is co-operative. Gysers are fitted for hot water. Bathroom slope ia not proper, it takes time for water to drainout. Look at pics. Wifi very slow. U get refrigerator in room.

We took double delux room but the room was pretty small. View outside the window is bad. Location is also a bit confusing for auto and taxi drivers as the hotel is not visible from the road. It is behind Mescab building.Rooms were clean.Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel itself is pathetic. Garbage dung near the hotel. Hotel is quite conjusted. Food is costly which does not correspond with the physical amenities they provide. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good but room service was not appreciable.
