We booked this hotel as recommended by a friend who is a resident of cuttak as it is centrally located and will be convenient to travel to all the locations the hotel is a 2 star property but clean and staff is very courteous bathroom are clean and good fitting our stay was very comfortable

Not good experience here. No safe parking (parking at owners risk). T.V was not working. Early check-in with 50% extra charges.

Hotel is not exactly on the main road, but can be easily located (300 walk able distance from main road). Hotel Looks small from out but rooms are good to stay. I recommend for friends or solo Travelers, but for couple and Families - may be not. Room looks neat and clean. Staff Behavior is very good. All over it was a Good Stay at Diamond Suits.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant. value for money. Service of the hotel was very fine, hotel staff was nice and well behaved. Only the problem is they do not have any Restaurant because of that you have to go out and manage your food. Location was best suited for business people. Amenities are perfect. Hotel rooms and washrooms are very neat and clean.

Location wise the hotel is excellent. But the AC is not at all good. Old AC with no maintenance. Food is also costly. You can get better food from near by dhabas at a cheaper rate. The hotel staff gets the food from these dhabas only and charge you more.. Otherwise for one or two night stay its ok ok....

Apart from little problems like small rooms and not enough lights, the hotel is really good. The staffs are very well mannered and the food of their small restaurant is awesome. There is a tree in front of the hotel with stone made base which to great for getting some air after the dinner at night.Tip: Request them to give a room with large bathroom.

It is very good. Very luxury rooms they have.Entrance location is bit odd. We have booked this full hotel twice for wedding purpose. Their behaviour is very good.

My own experience was as the management and the hotel room was well managed. The manager is very responsible and active.Food at the restaurant was too good which was pocket friendly and taste similar to home.

Even though the room was specious, bathroom was not clean. However, room service, staff, food and management were good. safe for family as i stayed with my wife.

I stayed here two times and both the times the scenario were the same. They dont have there own restaurant so they arrange meals from nearby areas. Check in time is 10 AM but they allow early check in based on availability. Small rooms and bathroom for which they are charging high rates. Although the manager is very kind and always ready to help you.

It is great place to stay in Kolkata at Hotel Diamond Suites. And the breakfast tea which they serve is what I loved over there though I hvnt had food but can imagine how cool experience you guys can have over there. I make sure you guys to stay at Hotel Diamond Suites. Thank you.

The worst place I have stayed in my life.The room wasnt ready at the time of arrival.The place is a colony of bed bugs. Horribly damp & smelly rooms they have. The ambiance is very much like a brothel.The staff including the owner and the manager are not just rude but they are hooligans.They cheat you in billing and when you catch their tricks theyll call the owner, and the owner would abuse you and fight like a street goon.

Nice room with clean linens and washroom. Food is good. Staffs are cooperative and well behaved.

The hotel Room size is too small for 2 persons.... I used to book for 2 persons but stays single in view of room space, the room provided for 2 person is not enough for 1 person only also the space is much less like a 10×10 room with king size bed, they provided a cushioned bench instead of sofa.

Please dont by the negative reviews or by the exterior looks, its a good place to stay for the money charged.Only in case of early of early check-in you may have to wait or stay in other rooms (read smaller) in case the type of room booked is not available.Please be prepared with Cash..... they dont accept cards --- this was quite uncomfortable for me in one of my visits.

Look of the hotel is only thing I liked. There is lots of problem like no water pressure from shower . Ac is there but only for display. Mini fridge not worked properly. Called for room service that was also very poor. Its the first time im writing such bad thing about a hotel. The sum money they take the facility they dont provide.

I stayed in this hotel one day for the VISA purpose. The VISA centre from this location is around 1-1.8 km. Restaurant facility is also available in this hotel so you can order the food through hotel intercom. The hotel booking is an exclusive of food and the accommodation per day is around 1200-1600 rupees.

Not worth at this price...one star review for food only good thing is food but always deliver late never come before an hour either breakfast, lunch or dinner.. if you are booking online room Book the room after knowing the rules.., because there online and offline rules are different(for 3 seater room)....

Not easily accessible..make my trip showed room available but the reception was closed at night after a hard try the receptionist came and said no rooms available.. Pathetic..

The pre breakfast was not given to me as the hotel people said that it is not included into my stay voucher plan besides this the stay experience at the hotel was quite smooth. I did not face any such problems with my stay here at all.
