In this hotel you will find almost all kinds of facilities. There is nice management of car parking. There is no separate dining facility inside the hotel, but there is a small resturent outside of the hotel. The nice behaviour of the staff will attract you.

Absolutely amazing place. Very neat and clean. And people are very nice. They managed everything with very reasonable rate. Good food options. Near Barrackpore area, this place is highly recommended.

Very good ambiance. The staffs are very cooperative to their guests. They have both fooding and lodging....price is a quite expensive bt ok.

The hotel is mismanaged. House keeping is horrible. Even the best category deluxe room does not have basic amenities like mineral water, tea coffee. Disappointed.

The hotel location is great. Friendly staffs. But the housekeeping management is horrible. I had to literally ask for every little thing like intercom, toiletries, hangers, daily room cleaning. The managers are inefficient. But staffs are good.

Though the check-in process was smooth, the rest of the stay wasn’t. Though they have three categories of rooms (₹ 1,500 / ₹ 1,800 & ₹ 2,500), for some reason, they always pitch in for the ₹ 1,800 room saying that the ₹ 1,500 room is very small for you. The ₹ 2,500 room is a triple bedded one. All the rooms of this hotel are air conditioned though. Being right on the highway, it’s a bit noisy whether it’s in the day or night. Also, the rooms lack character. One major disappointment at this hotel is the food. It’s one of the worst we have had in a long time. By the way, they don’t even provide safe & clean drinking water in their rooms. You have to buy packaged drinking water from them. Overall it’s a place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Period!

Great for Family Function and Stay

Rooms are decent, but there are too many mosquitoes. The staff does not allow you to bring food from outside either and ordering food at hotel - even things like fries, takes an hour or more to come.
