Service has deteriorated drastically. Visited almost after 2.5 years. Lack of maintenance is visible at some places. But thats understandable after such a long slack period, but the behaviour of the manager was unexpectedly rude. Anything ordered to their staff takes a long time to arrive. If you complain the manager, Mr. Bhowmik stats behaving like a local goon. We ordered hilsha at lunch and was served with 2 pieces of head and 2 pieces of tails. When asked to replace the pices with standard pieces they were unable todo so and we had to cancel. We had no other option but to eat a veg lunch and to our astonishment one veg thali was charged at 250rs. Plain dal, rice, porato fry, alu patal sabji and one rasgulla. Never been cheated like this before. Recommending to avoid this hotel for now. Much better options are available at less price in this particular area.
