The worst hotel to spend money on. Having paid 9K in advance for sea view rooms shown on the website, the real rooms provided at the property are absolutely horrible and ridiculous. Firstly nobody bothers to answer the cellphone at the number provided in booking / reservation slip received via email. Second, the attitude of reception people are seriously worth noticing. They are confident about the sales of the rooms at spot booking prices. So they don’t even bother to pay heed to guests despite having paid in advance.Rooms are absolutely horrendous in nature. Wallpapers on the walls tear open. Reworking / restructuring of property in process which is good but wood dust / vermin spreading openly amongst everyone and older people & small kids inhale this stuff and suffer.And last but not the least, the food they serve you. Having refrigerated the contents for months, they serve the food at sky high prices. Tea is okay and acceptable in nature,A waste of money and time. After all it’s the famous state of a West Bengal, so after all no body bothers to read / listen to your reviews or comments at all.Thanks.

The Dolphin Hotel is quite good for peoples who travel nearly and spent low time in hotel for that people this hotel is ok and better...

They are not transparent. One of the staff who sit in keyatala brach Mrs. Ganguly said to pay 50% in advance and rest after 2months, but once they got 50% they give me me a time of 15 days to pay the full amount. And another women stated explaining her company policy. My point is whatever is your policy you should say the customer everything before, making false promises is not good for a business. Within a few minutes they changed their own words. Didnt expected this from Dolphin group of hotels.

They cant survive without Dolphin meat. So be careful.
