Andaman Super is very much familiar with pros and cons of Andaman and the local guide Ramesh is very amicable, co-operative and smart guy having good grip over the whole tour program. They seem to have their owned property also there. So naturally, if anyone like me travelling with my family with aged one find it very smooth from their services to other arrangements. Stay at Havlock and Neil islands were very pleasant and closest to beaches. Hotel at Port Blair though fine, could be a bit better in terms of services and facilities. Nice and tasty Bengali foods throughout the Tour. Overall nice experience.I would like to recommend Andaman Super especially for Andaman trip.

We had quite a bitter experience Travelling with Andaman Super. They are the lousiest Travel Agent we have ever seen. Totally disorganized and inconsiderate. They do not have the infrastructure to run a Travel and Tour Business. Wonder , how they have been allotted license to run a business. They contact local small travel business units and do not coordinate to find whether their customers are being handled properly to their satisfaction, by their counterparts. They are totally indifferent towards their customers requirements. On other hand the behavior of their representatives and the owner himself is utterly indecent and way below the level that is expected from a human being. In each step we had to fight to get the minimum basic requirements. No representative of the company will accompany for guidance. They leave it to the Mercy of local individual operators who does not have enough interest to give minimum basic service. We have also not been provided with lunch on couple of days even though the full amount covering everything was paid before the journey began,While selling the Tour package, they charge different amounts from different customers as per their convenience for the same tour, depending on how much they can fool a specific customer.This review is caution for people to know about this organisation and avoid to travel with them.

The full day sightseeing tour was excellent. Our guide Poppy and driver was very helpful. With our relatives we had a very nice time in our own city.

Hotel Heritage Inn where we were put up during our stay from 3rd December 2017 onwards was just sub-standard particularly in respect of services and food. Food provided by the Hotel was nowhere near the ones promised in the travel brochure which appeared to be tall talks at least to us . Unfortunately, we could not visit three out of four must see places due to inclement weather conditions but no alternative plan for visiting some other lovely places in lieu thereof despite having early warning was made by the Company to compensate us to some extent. After all, we choose this organiser over others only to visit these must see places. The local Manager was very cooperative within his limitation but the essence of professionalism appeared to be missing which was much expected from the Company who claim to have experience of more than 15 years in Andaman only.

Hotel: Portblair RD INTERNATIONALNo hot water. Dirty all around when window is open. This hotel violated all the codal provisions of National Building Code. In case fire chances of survival is minimum.Food: Dining area on 3rd floor is unhygienic, utensils are dirty. Standard of food is not satisfactory .Havlock : Radha krishna cottageThis resort is professionally managed,well maintained, well mannered staff. Beautiful surroundings. Good food, dining area is also neat and clean, well decorated. This place is worth visiting again.Neil island : Green Park Resort:Located in beautiful surroundings. Homely, however standards of room and services are poor. No hot water and no standby power supply. Food was awful. Services were below standard.Road trips.Services of driver Cum guide Mr Shiva is appreciated .However on 4th Feb the driver who took us to local tour was awful, he was arrogant, stubborn and unprofessional. Matter was reported to andamansuper head office.Experience: For long road journey from portblair to Bartong by tatasumo is not appropriate vehicle.Tour manager : Though it is a conducted tour,services of tour manager was totally lacking professionally.

During October 2014, we (a group of 8 persons) visited Andaman. Andaman Super helped to prepare the customized package. It was a wonderful experience. They organised everything nicely.Mr Dinesh Mandal, proprietor personally taken care of our personal problems from Kolkata.They also organised a two day visit at Sunderban in January,2015. That trip was also very nice. We enjoyed very much.
