Worst hotel I have ever seen... Very poor quality of room, unhygienic, not worth to stay ..

Room is fine not bad but there food price is too much high than Quality.

I have stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Staffs are very much well behaved and helpful. I have opted for early check-in and there was no issues. Location of the hotel is very good, you can reach any part of the city from there easily. Overall it was a very good experience.

Nice place to stay at the heart of the metro. Privileges are nice too.

This place is so great and affordable. Though I never expected such nice quality of service in such cheap rates. The food is also delicious. I think they only need to invest few in their ambience otherwise everything was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is super delicious & healthy. The staff behave so sweet & nicely. Its an old property but good hotel and location is undoubtedly good. Staffs are good and rooms are somewhat okay, bathrooms are clean. Food is average which is surprising better to order from nearby Arselan, Shabir or Royal. Towels are very old but if you want to explore kolkata good location.

The rooms are not as clean as one would expect. But the location is good. Just around the park street and park circus. The rooms are old and ac and lights are old too. Not so great and clean looking. The staff is good and cooperative. All in all if you want a cheaper room and need to be close to the good area.. This is the place, but if you want to have a lavish stay.. This is definitely not the place

I have stayed here 6 times. Rooms are spacious. Hospitality is awesome. Experience regarding overall services is excellent! I will stay at other hotels in Kolkata in need in case of non availability rooms at this hotel only.

This is a nice place to stay because of its location, its centrally located, very near to Part street, shopping areas like Vardhan Market.I have been staying here for more that 10 years. The staff are very cooperative and supportive. I have seen some staff for last 10 years.The General Manger is also very Gentle and accommodating. Though the rooms are small they are well maintained and neat. Food is very delicious, you can order to your taste. I wish the entire team all the very best. And keep up the good work.

Best Hotel... In Park street area Hotel akashdeep.. From rooms to service security staff every thing is excellent its family, corporate based hotel... If you have kids with you the behavior of staff towards kids its so nice that kids forget about your actual home.. They just enjoy their stay just like HOME.. Location - prime location. Very good connectivity to rly station, nizam palace, etc.Room service - very good and disciplined with nice etiquette. Food - food is okay. Not too good considering the high prices.Cleanliness - is fine. Sweeper came in to clean in the morning. Bedsheets were changed too. Room condition - not much exciting. Seepage can be seen in roof. It needs renovation. Amenities - A.C works fine, the mini bar in the room is pricey and useless. It doesnt even cool. Rest is fine. Overall its a nice hotel. This is my second stay here in last 15 days. :)

Forget anyting the location is superb along with the service and response fromt the hotel management. Hotel rooms may need some renovation as this is a old property but it hardly matters what they are charging on this property. Totally value for money. Park Circus 7 Point crossing just walking distance and many other places. Highly recommended for business and tourist people.

It is decent hotel to stay in, clean and almost in the heart of the city. I stayed there especially because I wanted to be close to Park Street and Esplanade. This was one of the only decent budget hotels I could find. Dont expect much and you wont be disappointed. I went in with rock bottom expectations and was pleasantly surprised with the service. The food isnt great, but its good if youre in a hurry. Breakfast buffet is decent, at a pretty good price too. Hailing a taxi from there is great, I traveled everywhere via Ola or Uber, so it was easy to describe the hotel location to get picked up, even at 4 am to the Airport. ;)

Prime location, a minute walk from park circus 7 point. Staffs are very much friendly and co-operative. Rooms are so so, some what small. Conference rooms available. Wifi is free and fast. Resturant is decent, slightly overpriced. Limited parking available. Overall a decent stay at budget. Suitable for 1 day business trip/ transit. Many good restaurants and malls are there in walking distance to spend time and pamper your tongue.

Not so great.. hygiene & ambience to be improved. Rooms are ok..bed sheets & pillow covers were in very bad condition.florring were dirty. Carpets missing in rooms

Its just an OK hotel. I am not complaining/seeking about lack of luxury, but basics. No kits inside the room, Kettle, Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Milk Powder, Toileteries kit. A/c. Remote was not working and the Room service gave up on repairing it. TV Remote was not working, after my complaint they replaced batteries. Room is very small, ordinary, just leg space between bed and walls. Positives : Service was very friendly. Front office helped me with early check in, 8:30 AM vs 12:00 PM. Morning breakfast was good. Overall looks like Hotel needs renovation.

Liers ..... Asked 2600 for two days and in last at the tym of chek out they demanded 5200... Means 2600 per day.. very bad experience... Avoid visiting the place... No service.. and total chaos... Wort experience...

Hotel staffs exceptionally friendlier & caring. Specially room service care taker Mr. Chanchal is extremely good in performing his duty and too caring and polite . Only problem is renovation is required for bath room , bed etc. Cleanliness of bed covers , towel is very very good. Food quality is fantastic . I personally request hotel authority to include more mobile charger point near the bed and adequate facility ( proper size table) for taking food in the room. Overall experience in the hotel during my stay from 28 to 29.8.17 was enjoyable and memorable.

Nice hotel to stay at mid good price, actually a budget hotel you can say. This hotel is in park circus near Qwest mall, easy to find. Well behaved staff and their response to customers is very good.

Nice location..centrally located..Victoria palace is very close and pnly took 10 mons by taxi..can also be covered by walk..Howrah bridge is also reachabe within 30 minutes..airport is around 20 km away. Nice budget hotel with basic amenities...staff was quite cooperative and extended my stay by couple of hours on request...would recommend for budget travellers...!!

Hotel location in 7 point, park circus avenue near to park street, sheakes pear sarni, New market locations etc. Hotel services are good, staff is corporative, Reception gay is also corporative available in day time. Rooms are old but atleast clean. Food is good but they are serve in rooms only but have to improve breakfast food quality. Overall in the budget hotel is good. I perfer stay.

This is Hotel Akash Deep, just near the seven point in park circus area. Its just one minute walking distance from the seven point and ten minutes from the Rabindra Sadan by car. The hotel about five km far from the exide more.

Average hotel...good at this budget...if you are looking for something to stop over or just a night halt. Not good from holidays purpose but then you pay the same. Its around 18 km from airport and almost same from Howrah railway station..only 5-6km from Victoria memorial.

Location of the hotel is actually very good. This is actually one of the biggest USPs for this hotel.However the rooms are with old fashioned and I believe the hotel needs a makeover. The food that serve in here is good and room service is alright nothing to complain about that.

Best hotel in kolkata...I am from bangladesh..and several time in a year I visit Kolkata...for treatment....stayed several hotels..near park street..first time stayed in hotel akash deep....its feel like my HOME...from staff to management....their smiling face...their food...their service...you just forget you are out of your contry or home..I am coming again next month..with you all (hotel akash deep) stay well all..and keep it up this time of behavior....

Pathetic. First, they unlocked an occupied room with DND tag. Room alloted was damp, poor smell, unprepared. Room lock wasnt functioning well. Room door wont close easily. For every basic amenity, you have to call and ask for it which are normally provided. While opening the room, the key broke and the guys tried threatening and asked for 5000 rs for changing the lock. They threatened that they wont allow us to leave unless we pay and started charging at us. We settled for some lesser amount though. The guy at reception was rude and shouted. Overall, not even worth rating. Not recommended.

I had a short stay. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. Everything thing necessary was provided. Location is also good if you have to travel to different locations in the city. Facilities in hotel were of average quality. Overall, good experience.

Once upon a time...2 decades back this must have been a great place to stay ...but now its pathetic. Shabby rooms, paint chipping off walls, seepage on walls , dirty waiters and room service guys. They are just taking advantage of their location.

Ethnic, good food and cozy rooms. Satisfactory house keeping and hospitality. But no parking.

Very welcoming staff .... Service is quick and swift...I would suggest to book room directly from the hotel reception instead booking it online.

Need lot of improvement after this pandemic.

I stayed in delux room with free breakfast (package). Room is quite OK,but mattress thickness should be more & should be more softable for a comfortable sleep..food & room service is OK...OK....hotel location is fine to catch buses & metros.....

Wel connected nice location near 7 point crossing parkcircus .express check in at odd hour also.room was ready before we entered at 12.40am .....Staffs are cooperativerooms are clean & maintained but little bit cozy....

Since this is not my first stay at Akash Deep dont have anything new to mention. The management needs to work on the Interiors of the rooms and bathrooms, at least one floor to start with (If interiors are good wont mind paying a little extra), because one cannot stay at Akash Deep if one is on a professional visit and would have guests dropping in !!!

It was not a very good hotel as compare to the price charged. From outside the hotel is good but not from inside lot of rennovation work is also going on.

Service of this hotel ks exremly goos, lift sleed is amazing, sanitation is also fine, rooms need repairing work, bcoz of humid environment or leakage walls has got fungus. But rest of the thing is absolutely fine.
