They did a poor inverted bob cut and the price charged was very high. They show a fixed charge of Rs. 599 for haircut, but on visit, they said they will only trim for that amount.However, the staff behaviour was polite. The place is very neat and clean.

We visited this place on 14th of August, I took Rica waxing, Facial, hand Scrub and threading, similarly Mom took Pedicure Manicure Facial and threading.Applaudable points:Therapists are polite and gentle, well maintained in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, ambience is good. Importantly owner was very nice and paid attention to every minute requirement details. My Mom got Facial service from Owner Simran and it was quite good.Scope of improvement:As per MOM, pedicure message should have been better, nail polish stocks were very less. My facial products were good, but I got only 10-15 mins of properface message,the whole facial completed in 30mins.The hand scrub was not worth of money.Altogether it was a more than average experience

I was cordially welcomed and later on I had to pass through all their COVID compliances like temperature checks, sanitization of hands and equipment. I availed 120 min aromatherapy along with jacuzzi. Therapy room was neat and clean. My massage therapist was very friendly and well dressed. I almost slept during therapy session. It was an awesome experience, the best rejuvenating experience I ever had. If you want to have a truly relaxing experience then I recommend that this is the place you should visit.Per my opinion, Thai Odyssey is the best spa in Satlake, Kolkata. Like it.

Worst spa ever. Had gone for a foot reflexology, I believe it was my money wasted - did not put pressure , did not know the eight points for reflexology. The masseuse did not know how to give a reflexology. Not visiting again. Would recommend the same for anyone planning to come for a foot massage.
