This was my first time at the salon. I must say I was extremely happy with their service quality and professionalism. I went for manicure,pedicure and nail art. All staff were very friendly and polite, especially the nail art guy. He listened patiently and recreated what I exactly wanted to get done. This will definitely be my go to salon going forward

The service is very nice. The stylist asks and gives in amazing suggestions for hair cut, beard shaping or any other service available. The salon completely helped me a lot in changing my looks and stay groomed all the time. They take you for a soothing wash with shampoo before your hair cut and then the stylist guides and suggests new looks which look amazing according to the persons choice and will. The salon is properly sanitized and it is sanitized again before any person sits fir their hair cut or shampoo. Overall, the place is very nice and value for money. They even provide offers and points to their application.

This place is my one-stop solution. Art from the excellent service they do tailor-made consultation which will benefit you the most.

Extremely Very bad Hair cutting. Cutter is not experience which cut is suitable for face. They have charged 499/- + Gst. for stylist hair curt. My money is full wastage. Which agency awarded to this saloon for best saloon.

I visited salt lake branch salon yesterday for the first time. I looked out for a hair consultation as my hair is too thin and unmanageable.They referred me to one of the hair dressers on my request. She was a lady, can’t remember her name. I asked for a hairstyle but she gave me a totally different look overall saying I have less hair in the front section. However I think the hair style was not dependent on hair thickness it was easily doable on my hair. When I asked her again to set it correctly she got hyper which was really unprofessional.I’m not satisfied with the service I got there. See, I haven’t spent this big amount for this simple haircut which she gave me! Have heard a lot about this place but now I’m full of disappointments!!

I visited PonyUp Salon Saltlake for the first time yesterday. It was a mixed experience. There are few points I would like to highlight which are as follows :-1) The behaviour of a girl in the reception area was sweet.2) The hairstylist Rita was experienced according to the receptionist though nothing extraordinary happened considering the price point which was 900-1000 for a haircut. To especially mention the blow dried setting got completely messed up within 20-30mins so it was a very basic service I would say. The styling products were not professional enough as per me because it made my hair even more frizzy after blow drying which usually doesnt happen in any renound salons. Disappointed! She was not polite enough!3) Now coming to the most important part i.e. the hair washing technique which was horrendous. The guy doesnt know the basics. He didnt check my hair type, didnt bother to ask about the water temperature to be used, he was busy pulling & scratching my hair with his nails like anything even after telling him 3-4 times. A very untrained & inattentive staff I would say. He was in a hurry.P.S I am definitely not going back there for such kind of an average service because my hair is very precious to me & they dont know the basics - i.e the hair is to be treated gently & with care.

I went for a facial for the first time, had an excellent experience.They have their own APP in which we get welcome discount of 30% and they are running 8- 10 amazing offers infact we get points in App which we can redeem (saw this benefit for the first time in salon industryindustry)Guys, go check their app.

Visited couple of times and found that unnecessary hype is being created from front office, like empty vessels make here too much noise with targeted price too loot customers.Wantedly they increase the price and they give discounts which are of no use to customers.Pony Up analysed customers pulse and estimates customers to loot.Once you visit then anyone can understand.I heard one employee saying customers are less now we have to offer other services also if any customer is coming for only one service for instance haircut or facial.Thanks and I am not against anyone.

I didnt had a good experience last time as my hair color was not applied properly but they have an amazing CEO who was super quick to respond with an apology and offered a good deal of discount on my next service which I availed today. Staffs of salt lake unit are awesome and the person who did my hair color this time was amazing. According to me, they are 1 of the best salon in Kolkata now after Eye Catchers.

I see new faces almost every time I visit. Also you guys need to be more consistent with your pricing. For the same haircut I was charged differently and no reasons were given whatsoever when I asked.The premises are clean, but the hair stylists must not request the customer to take off their masks. The staff doesnt understand a single, simple direction. The end result is a lot of time wasted for nothing. Also, they deleted a detailed poor review on Facebook. Is that how you maintain good reviews even after such horrible haircuts? Dont get me started on the beard trims. Never going back.

My stylist Arjun was wonderfully professional and did a great job, I am pleased with my haircut and the care I received from him. He was also very careful, sanitised all surfaces and was wearing a mask correctly. However, the hygiene in the place in general is greatly lacking, and this is a major concern now in the middle of a pandemic. They request customers to remove their masks, and themselves do not wear masks. The ones who have masks on their faces, have the masks dangling below their chin/hanging off their ear, with their nose/mouth exposed, and there are several workers there who do not even have a mask on. They are also not using disposable wraps and I did not see the styling tools such as combs and scissors being sanitised. I asked repeatedly for masks to be worn, but I did not see any change in behaviour. Very disappointed in the establishment.

Best salon to look for. I went there for facial and haircut. Everything was just amazing. They give proper details as to which would suit you and also the facial was marvellous. Owing to this covid situation, I was a bit tensed if they would take proper measures. However, it was only till I reached there. The staffs are scanned on a regular basis, they are properly sanitised and they maintain proper hygiene.They are polite and well behaved. Needless to say, everything was carried out in a professional manner and Im gonna visit this salon again.😍 Loved the time I spent there. Go for once and you will not regret for what you paid.!!

Bunch of noobs. Music good, grooming - just the worst!

I would give 6 stars if possible, but I was misguided with the total amount. Last day I booked an appointment for Keratin Hair spa and Hair cutting and asked for the amount. Today after completing my service, the bill was almost double than what I was told the day before. Else, the Best parlour I ever visited.

They did not have a shampoo from tigi and instead of that they were suggesting me to take shampoo from some other brands which I dont use. Moreover they do not have any refund option if you pay through gpay or phone pe which was quite astonishing. A salon like pony up is not having any refund option where it was there fault.The above mentioned issue was sorted out by the owner himself. I am thankful and glad that he took his time out and sorted out the issue which I faced. Thank you for helping me out.

Hygienic and clean environment

I am going to Laketown ponyup for last 3yrs but this year I went to ponyup saltlake for the first keratin treatment. It went well but they asked me to trim my hair I have said no repeatedly but they assured me to that it will not reducey hair length I agreed to that but they chopped my to shoulder lngth from mid length they charged twice for the same hair cut .it was a horrible experience. I will never goto Saltlake ponyup again and neither suggest to go anyone. Bcoz they are very much moneyminded and not concerned about others look and emotions.

Pleasant surprises such as these are hard to come by. I tried the bomb pedicure (fatafati indeed), where specialist Pramod did an excellent job. Pinky was good at manicure and Rita was superb in her face cleaning/anti tan treatment *super value for money treatment, my skin looks as though I got a facial done* Ritas head massage rivalled my mothers :) Support staff are also well mannered and good body language overall. Generous with water and coffee refills. Special thanks to Veer for nipping into the shops to bring crisps for my toddler. Avishikta, floor manager, also provided friendly and efficient service.

Went for hair fall treatment yesterday. Very unprofessional behaviour. The man who was doing the treatment, tried to finish his job as soon as possible. He didnt even give the correct quantity of hair products. Bad service with high charges. Will not suggest anyone to do hair fall treatment at ponyup salon, salt lake.They should update the cost of services in their app. In app, it is showing a cost for hair fall treatment service but they charged me different cost. very very bad experience.

This salon is one of the best salon in Saltlake area. There customer service is very good. All the staffs knows how to give best service to their customer. One of their staff named Mr. Shiva is really very good. Recently they have started loyalty program which is very transparent.

Did keratin treatment worth 6000/-, promised so many things but was worthless. Lots of hair damaged and the quality of hair deteriorated as well after couple of weeks. Very bad experience.Please dont go for this salon if you want to save your hair from been spoiled.

Salons are way out of my comfort zone but I was made to feel really welcome. Great communication from start to finish and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really happy with my haircut.

Went for keratin hair treatment. Was effective for only 20 days although they guarantee 4 months. The shampoo recommended by them was horrible too and it made my hair more dry and frizzier.

My mom visited this salon for a facial and she really had a very bad experience. Piyali did her facial and that was very worst one. No massage was done properly. Pack was not included with the facial. Very high rate. They also denied to issue any bill.

Overpriced. These guys dont give you the right suggestions. Just want to rip you off.
