Visited Mapuis for the first time in order to get a short hair cut. The price is a little on the higher side as compared to standard salons in Kolkata, however the service is absolutely stunning. Make sure you get an appointment before you visit. The hairdressers take really good care of you and are well trained. COVID protocols were being followed very well. I recommend this place to all women who are looking for trendy haircuts. Its a unisex Salon, so men can visit too.

Made me wait for 15 mins. Without informing me of any prior appointment then bypassed me with the very excuse. Very UNPROFESSIONAL irrespective of seasonal pressure. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE WORK ETHICS.

A very good saloon, well trained staff neat and clean, it is better to take a appointment before hand if you dont want to wait the owners surely know what it takes to maintain the quality.

Arrogant rude and non-friendly staff.. they talk to each other in theor language amd do not respond to clients properly. My hair doesnt feel any different after keratin treatmemt.. hope i havent wasted money and itll be better after 1st wash

Mapuis is really good. I had been to several other hair stylists & salons like Sunflower, Bobs, Salon De Elegance, Marinas M Studio but they are not so good as Mapuis. The hair dresser really gave a lot of effort while cutting my hair.

Unisex saloon with decent stuffs. Neat and clean. One can have any hair cut. I went for having a short pixie cut and they did it very well. Pocket friendly and very satisfied.

Ma puis is good but a little bit of mis communication can lead to you being bald, trust me I know . Basic Language should be known.

The worst haircut i ever had.....i could have gone to some random salons and would have got my cut done in ₹200. This was the worse haircut and the guy was not even interested in cutting he was really the worse. Paying ₹1600 was not at all worth. I would never recommend any men here....!!

Divine massages. Be it a hair spa or be it a full body massage, if you could pay for bliss, this would be it! After a strenuous week of hitting the gym strong with weight training, a mapui massage is definitely a must. Dont even think, just get your sore body down to mapui.

So i went there today for my hair cut and they did exactly what i wanted, just showed them the pictures and wolla!!! Mybhair stylist Madie did a great job! great ambience, and very cheerful employees, I dont know why few customers have complained about their rudeness as i did not find them rude. They charged me 900 for the hair cut along with shampoo.

Worst service. ...stylists dont know how to communicate with the clients. Went for a hair cut last Monday ...the stylist did not ask me about the length ....inspite of telling her to cut 2 inches...she chopped off nearly 5inches and cut it according to her wish making it absolutely short .

I dont know the hair salon experience here but had gone in here for a massage, and it was so rejuvenating ! Fabulous service, warm and welcoming staff, place is impecably clean and the fragrance all around is so relaxing along with the music.

Such a professional salon. Almost all its stylists are brilliant . However my favourite for female stylist is Tepuii. She can style your hair exactly how you want ( of a pic) . Highly recommended. Worth the pay.

Terrible experience. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not willing to provide good service. Went to get a haircut but the shampoo was horrible. Cold water nd literally pulling my hair than massaging it. Stop immediately and just paid for the shampoo and walked out.

Just left the Parlour after they said they are too busy to answer simple questions about the services I was asking them to perform. Too snobbish for my taste. Wanted to get my hair colored and get a hair spa. The lady behind the counter was very rude. Never coming back here again.

Do not get your hair styled here! They burnt my hair and when I asked them to put hair protectant ! They said they have no products in the salon ! What type of weird salon run without any hair products ... basics like heat protectant and mousse ! The stylist had absolutely no idea how to use hair iron she put it on the highest setting and blazed my hair off there was steam coming out like crazy and before I knew my entire I mean all my hair was burnt and stuck together !!! I didn’t realize this immediately but since I’m shy I just paid and left ! I regret the day I walked into this unprofessional place. I have to cut my hair off now.

If I could I would give negative stars to this place. I was a big fan of Mapuis. Both wella and loreal. I constantly recommend this place to my friends. Today however was a horrific experience. I called them at 5 pm to check if they were taking any bookings. Both as usual. They also said it wasnt very busy. So I came in. It was busy. I waited for ten minutes. But they conveniently moved the person who came ten mins later before me for head wash. I understood he was a regular. Tried telling them that I was there before. No response. I really dont appreciate being treated like that. Still keeping my cool I decided to get my eyebrows done meanwhile. After that they again made me wait for 15 mins. Of course people who came later were getting head wash. I waited before they were done. And the moment I got up to go get the shampoo done, they again put someone else. What nonsense. I zoomed out. Enough was enough. The loreal place did the same thing. Probably Mapuis is only best for regulars now who can afford big tips. I have never been more disappointed and embarrassed with such treatment. Not at a parlor at least.

Well I generally do not review any place negatively. Being a business owner myself I understand sometimes its not possible for management to meet customers expectations. However, I am forced to write this negative review because its a third time in a row that Im disappointed. No queue management. Whoever comes later gets haircut first (depends on mood of stylist actually) lady at the counter is irresponsive to complaints. I dont know if they dont understand any Indian language or pretend not to... Pathetic. Never gonna visit this place ever again..
