My favorite place for momos , Best types of momos available . But I dont know why they mostly do not have steam momos and Darjeeling momos left . This might be because of unavailability but i have experienced this more than twice . So , i think they just dont give Darjeeling momos for their business policy

The place is good..First of all the its famous for momos..Fried item of momos are good but the steam chicken cheese is better to me..Green sauces are good as well as spicyTaste and serving are pretty good..Lack of choices over drinks item..Otherwise the place and the location both are good.

I like this outlet quite a bit as it has somewhat better seating arrangements than the other Wow Momo outlets. Staff are polite. Service is fast given that the place is crowded most of the time. But it would have been better if they had some kind of walls(its an open space in the Empire Cinema Building) which would help make the place peaceful and separate from the ongoing hustle and bustle of Esplanade. But yeah, for them Momos, recommended 👍.

Yesterday I have dine there one Darjeeling momo, one Kalakhatta drink, one virgin mojito, as I was not satisfied with the chatni/sauce given as it was not fresh, secondly I dont know if the tax charged by them was 18%, thirdly drinks were of not good taste and charges were 89 which is too much, not satisfied at all,

Bad experience, Staffs are not polite enough. Quantity of the green apple mojito is very less as you can see after finishing the whole drink which amount of Ice is left in the glass. The quantity is not half at all at the time of giving. They need to be trained for been polite to the customers.

If there was an option for - negative rating then I would have given it ,I ordered for chicken cheese Momo and mirinda,Momo which was not fresh at all and they served for Pepsi instead of mirinda when I asked why did they serve Pepsi they replied that the machine is not working,when I asked why didnt they tell the problem during the billing they did not had any answer, when we pay so much for the Momo we have right to get the fresh one

Yesterday I bought a combo pack of 2 darjeeling steam momo 2 moburg and 2 Pepsi can. The guy who was in the serving area gave me a damaged Pepsi can and all the drinks mixed up with the momo and moburg. 240 rs gone in vain. Im completely disappointed and will never ever visit and recommend wow momo . They intentionally gave me the damaged can and put that in the plastic so that I couldnt able to see until Im reaching the home and serving it on plate. Shame on you guys . You guys charge too much but this the worst thing you guys are fake and fraud .

Dont visit this very momo outlet unless you are willing to pay far more extra than the price charged from their other wow momo outlets.I asked for fried chicken schwzwan momo for which I always pay ₹165 and this outlet charged me ₹207 for the same momo ,on asking the man at the cash counter told me that their price varies in every of their outlet.How can this happen the same name is selling the same stuff at different prices at different outlets in the same state.This never happens with other eatery shops and the momos were not at all crispy I had been in there park Street shop once which I found far better than this shop

Very poor behavior and business policies of the staffs. After placing an order and amount paid, no exchange of items are entertained despite 10 minutes waiting / cooling period is mentioned in the bill. Its mentioned as no refunds after 10 minutes it means customers can ask for refund within 10 minutes. Exchange of items sought but they didnt entertain.. Very unprofessional approach shown by the staffs.

Counter person told us that rs. 89 moburg combo isnt serve with cheese and tax related sumthng. Then agn moburg bread was spread with fungus. Then agn in shzwan chkn pan fried momo we found hair.Overall it was a miserabl xpernc......

Today I went in wow Momo store in esplnd beside scoop bt there 1male receptionist whos behavior just unbelievable n disgusting..he was literally adamnt behaved .. cant imagine that anyone behaves like that..very disappointed about the matter.his reactions wz like he is giving food to a begger.I never faced that such of atmosphere and rudely behavior..nd the main thing now we everywhere (wow momo)get 2 chicken burger in 89 which is combo offer ..even which hoarding was hanging also in outside of the store ..bt inside they charged 125rupees for 2 chicken burger..even I got last week 2 same burger in tollygaunge only in 89 rupees ... this wow momo store is placed in esplanade beside scoop.. will never visit that wow momo store ..it was worst experience ever till now..that Waiter or receptionist doesnt deserve his post ☺️🤢

One of the most unorganized joints of Wow Momo. The staff are not at all cooperative. Had ordered for Fried Chicken Momo and the momos were fried in such a way that they burnt the momos. Had the worst experience here out of all the other WOW momo outlets. Total waste of money. Very disappointing experiences Ive had here.

Any visit to the New Market Area brags for a trip along the Lighthouse area which would result in trying either KFC, Dominos or Scoop. But, however, there are times when I have had entered Barista and Wow Momo.Being located at such a prime spot, it is a hot shot place for Momo lovers. Since, I am not much fond if this North East dish, I do not prefer visiting it, unless of course, someone in the group forces. In one of those rare days, I happened to be at this place.In the corridors of Lighthouse (Humayun Building) is this place standing upright without any enclosure but few seating arrangements. People visiting here generally is seen packing away food in a takeaway style, or, may be, that was a special day. Entering the horizons of Wow Momo, I pestered my friend to order who went forward with an order of a Non Veg Momo.The staffs here are always seen preoccupied, partly due to the presence of customers all the time and partly because of their boredom with the work. The services, in my view, are slow enough. But, the saddest part of this place is that the staffs can never be seen smiling,.The food, ie, the momo was okayish, but, the soup isnt good at all. Well yeah, you can say that since I do not like eating momo I am criticising, but, my dear, I am fond of soup which was not good at all. (Hint- Try the soup of Chicken Momo at Red Bamboo Shoot). Even the friend with whom I visited said that the quality is slowly deteriorating, hinting at the soup.A visit not much recommended.

Went to this counter today with my college friends and ordered 2 plate tandoori momo 1 plate of pan fried chicken cheese momo the bill was around 450 soo let me start with tandoori momo:- a good taste momo served with a special chatni which usually we get if we buy any kebab items, the momo was perfectly grilled and the stuffing was extremely taste... and now its pan fried chicken cheese momo:- according to me it was one step ahead than tandoori momo pan fried chicken cheese momo was again perfectly cooked but the taste of pan fried souse forced me to give .5 extra for this counter
