It is an old Govt Bank. It is very famous but not upto the standards of a private bank. The employees are rude and do not pay attention as they are typical govt employees. Use obsolete technology and the machines are obsolete just like the banking server they have. Usually a long queue is there. It is always filled up with old customers as young crowd do not go to a Govt bank generally. After merger with PNB and other twop banks, most customers faced and facing difficulties till now. No proper advanced standard and upto date online net banking facilities till now. So it doesnt catch up with modern private banks like HDFC, Standard Chartered, SBI,etc. Though SBI being semi govt provides a standard banking experience. It is high time for UBI to upgrade itself to the standards to a private bank and also they should give proper ethical and technical training to the employees there to cope up with the future of banking.
Good till UBI status after merging with PNB service is very very poor.
Slow service but their branch manager is a very friendly person

No atm facility at the near area of that branch..it take too much time either deposition or withdrawal of cash..
