I have an account in this bank so I needed to visit the bank to complete KYC Details, I was told by the bank guy who created the account for me to visit the Gariahat Branch, when in the bank waiting for my turn in the lounge the lady in the front desk who supposedly resolves customer queries was so rude in talking she doesnt really care about being a good customer service rep and clearly doesnt have any knowledge and understanding about serving your customer in an appropriate way. I work as a customer service representative and I always do treat my customers right and I always expect to be treated the same way as your customer. Anyway I will be closing this account soon ,as it seems like there is no value for customers and I need to suggest as many people as possible not to use this Bank.

Bank on the 1st floor. Few customers so work gets done very fast. Plenty of parking.

Arogya Setu App is mandatory, on demand failed to provide the Government of India order.

I have a savings account in this branch of HSBC since my home is closeby from this branch. They also have an ATM on the ground floor, the bank is located on the first floor you can access it by stairs or lift. The service offered by them is really good. So far i havent faced any sorts of problem.

Am an account holder in this branch n indeed fade up with the careless attitude of the staff. Pathetic customer service either on desk or over phone! Only if they have to sell 3rd party insurance the guys show up for work otherwise no body available to help customer. Gear up HSBC....such is not expected from such a high class bank

This is the only place in Gariahat (and possibly Kolkata) where this bank has a functioning ATM. Everywhere else is closed. The name of the building is Fort Terrazzo (as seen in the godforsaken HSBC app and website) but that name does not seem to be in use.

Very bad phone banking and customer care service . I tried to call several times but no one cares to help me . Some times they say all the lines are busy, type this type that ..but the resultant effect is zero .
