-staffs are not so friendly, they feel distrube if go their branch-from the reception to inside the office both staffs are little bit irritating,-I was go there for biometric scanning, within 1min,I have finished all of the procedure.-You dont need to carry any official documents if you already registere your aadhar and pan number through the bds(digi bank) apps.-full of harassment if you go there for mutual fund related information

The worst branch service though the DIGI BANK app is excellent. The service officers will tell you frequent misleading lies.Ridiculous experience.Infact I am compelled to withdraw all my money.

This is an new scam by scammers if someone is getting messages with link in the name of DBS bank please dont believe and always match your card ending number with the message you got be careful everyone with this new scam i got to know today so i just wanted to help other people who really not aware of it

Unhelpful, went for bio metric verification, couldnt complete the process, they excused themselves saying that the server is down. Nevertheless, I dont find their service worthy. Fancy building and staff. But no worthwhile work

I got miscellaneous experience from the DBS Bank.Pros :-1. Earn up to 7% interest rate on savings account2. Helpful Customer Support3. While I had opened new account I received 500cashback from Digibank. Please follow the T&C in Digibank website. Not only I earned from the cash back I participated Digibank referral programme and earn more cash from this programme. You’ll get 200/account. Bank has given true commitment.4. No transaction limits on debit card ATM transaction. (Any ATM coud be use)Cons :-1. Firstly I want to say mobile app should be better. We know Digibank is the digital paperless bank. Here we could be expect all programme run smoothly but I noticed server down so many times and app doesnt work properly.2. Issue on ADD Money because I got Oops error. I didn’t understand what was the issue while I went to the add money from UPI.3. Fund with debit card transaction limit now minimum INR 2000. It should have INR 500 instead of INR2000 as my opinion.4. Cheque deposit Issue.

I choose to complete my biometric Verification through finding an agent rather than visiting their branch. They took only 30 seconds to complete the process.
