This bank has most pathetic staffs they dont know how to interact with the customer and they have some attitude problem also even the security guard act like the branch manager

Best bank of the area. People have commented that machines are out of order but neither I found machines out of order nor did I find huge wait. I completed my job in few minutes rather the staff were fast. Now I dont know what these folks want. Do they want the bank to be for them only??If so then rush to a bank which does so and rather tell me also I would like to visit such a bank.

Least bothered about customer care.You can never contact this branch over telephone, this is one way traffic.For trivial information you have to attend personally.In the era of electronic communication this branch is a blot on modern banking.I had my account with this branch at the onset but due to bad attitude in later years I had shifted to another branch of the same bank where you get better services.It may be due to rotten work environment and laid back attitude.My home loans remains with this branch and was not transferred due to technical reasons but even after complete repayment of loan I want to close this account but it is not being closed because I am unable to contact concerned person either personally or over telephone as no one responds.Very bad experience. Hope they will try to correct themselves if ever any responsible person reads this review.

Worst bank ever.. worst staffs.. unhelpful.. the machine is always out of order.. for a cash deposit i had to wait for 45mins and i was 3rd in the queue.. passbook updating machine never works. The staff replies very rudely.. i have 6 saving acounts in this branch and few fd.. i just plan to close all my accounts if this kind of behaviours continues.. just for a single work at bank you need to visit it twice or thrice n u need to wait for more than an.hour.. moreover the atm machine is always out of order out of cash.. the pass book updating machine in the lobby is never working.. Worst bank i have ever been to
