Impolite and unresponsive staff, their office environment is everything people criticize government office for. They had lost my papers twice, a simple service like net banking is not readily available. They dont pick up calls so even for small queries they make you come down to their filthy office and wait in line, even after that they dont talk properly, they talk as if they are doing you a favor by providing their banking services.

Non responsive staff , bad behavior. No one is there to provide proper information...This is our bank of India..Better to go in private banks..

BOI Tiljala Branch is located just beside kustia park. It is one of the oldest bank in the area.
