Excellent branch.Staffs here are very cooperative and give utmost effort in giving proactive services.I personally gone for gold loan and it was processed and disbursed in just 1hr and without processing fees.

Bank of India branch near beleghata CIT more.you have to take 1-2 hrs extra time in your hand before going to this branch. Because there is always a huge line there and maximum number of time this bank is going through technical problems.among them the common problem is link failure.

Now branch is modified and staffs are so coperative with customers but still non ac branch..

Day by day behavior of staffs become rude, specially the particular lady mannegar, one of the cashier and the person who took care of all official papers on front desk (tall and thin ). Ideal example of nepotism he prefer his contact to enter first.

The stuffs are now supporting. It is locate just behind the Beliaghata Police station. The atm and bank both have the common door. There are now stuffs in the help desk or reception. The queue is not huge nowadays. Still some of the stuffs take unwanted leaves and those impact in the rush hour of this bank. The infrastructure should be modified little bit.
