The cakes and other food items are here. I keep buying cakes from here for all my family and friends birthdays. The cakes are very delicious and fresh. The price is also pocket friendly. The staff is also very helpful.The ONLY con I personally have found is their black forest cake. It just have that unique black forest cake kind of taste to it. And thats the ONLY time I was disappointed with Panna Cakes. Other than that its wonderful.

Absolutely disappointed with the behavior and dishonesty. Cunning persons at the store behaved like street side vendors. Quoted me rate of Rs.400/- a pound for a 2 pound cake and then while ordering wrote Rs.450/- a pound for a total of Rs.900/- on the bill. On enquiring why, the persons straight away denied their earlier quoted price. While Rs.100/- extra hardly matters for me, but I was disgusted with their lies. So I walked out. I hope the owner looks into such utter unprofessionalism and dishonest behaviour of the staffs and take corrective steps because it takes a long time to establish goodwill but it takes very little time for loosing it. While I liked their cakes most and Pannas Cake Shop was my go to shop till now, be it any ocassion, but I will never visit that place ever again after this.

Best bakeries with reasonable price

Panna is ruling in this area, and bring one more variety to us, the cake shop.Indeed this cake shop has very good collection, and many new option compare to others cake shop, price is not that much high, but they used to maintain good quality always, I ordered one 2 pound cake, that was different, but that was overpriced compare to test.Stuffs are good, but still need to improve to be best at Kolkata.
