Overpriced, I felt! If this a good big brand, as they say, they should give cash memos for every purchase to customer even without asking for it. After I came back home I realized that they didnt. My experience with New Alipore Cakes outlet.

Good products but price is on the higher side.Also needs to work on marketing.

Always fresh cakes and pastries with oven baked patties and sandwiches available. Reasonable pricing compared to their price. Beutiful designs for ordering cakes. Parking is not an issue. I think Cookie Jar is little costlier compared to them but quality is more or less same with the same varieties available.

Im a regular visitor to this bakery, and really fond of the quality, portion and taste. My take away for todays order was really an awful experience, can you believe that I found a fully grown finger nail inside my chicken sandwich, thank God for saving me from gulping the nail... for sure will not visit again

Generally all fresh foods are available.The Sandwiches, Pattis, Cutlet, pie is the best.

This shop is famous for cakes. Cakes are mouth watering and they have a lot of variety. Apart from cakes it also has biscuits and pasteries. Prices are high as compared to other cake shops. The prices are increasing every quarter silently..and thus it is not pocket friendly. If anyone wants an optimization between big names like Flurys or Biscotti ..then Cakes cannot be the automatic choice since their prices are 80% to these brand names..the quantity of Like Tart etc are lowered..earlier Cakes used to be the best choice but since 1 years they are increasing the prices also their Nee Alipore Branch or Outlet behaviour is rude and not customer friendly and moreover Cakes NEVER offer Home Delivery..this is a major draw back. Mr Anup of Kasba Ruby Park branch is the best Sales Person

Selection of cakes and deserts are out of this world, but the snack? Not so much. Snacks taste bland sometimes and are just loaded with too many veggies (I dont hate veggies, but they give an undesirable amount of veggies in everything). The desert section is so good, you cannot go wrong with anything you wish to have. Take my word for it!
