Had a wonderful experience at Mothercare Quest mall for shopping for my new born baby. The staff were very courteous and helped me through all the products that Ill be needing before and after my pregnancy.The quality of the clothes is even baby friendly as its 100% cotten. Even the other products they sell of other brands is quite good. Im very satisfied with the shopping I did for myself here.This is the best store in Kolkata for newborns and going to be mothers, HANDS DOWN!

My go to place when it comes to clothings and baby gears for my 3 month old. The collection is varied enough and the quality of the clothes second to none.And lastly Farzana has been ever so helpful from the first day we have been visiting the place.

Good products for new borns & kids.

Very bad. The staff wasnt wearing mask and was constantly roaming around us and did not give us any space to shop. To breathe a person had opened their mask for 1 second and they were constantly nagging. Very bad. Do not visit

The staffs are very rude..if i had an option would not even give one star..very arrogant behaviour and they should know how to handle the customers and talk to them and focus on helping them buy the products..rather than harassing them.And they dont assist or help in getting the customers what they want...absolutely useless staffs.

Horrible outlet...Rude sales personnel and manager.The sales personnel constantly followed us in the store..her mask was not covering her nose,and she constantly told my mother to cover her nose properly.She does not have basic sense of social distance and was sticking to us through out our visit.When we complained the store manager,she also did not support instead told she was assisting us.I asked the store manager to check the cameras as the sales personnel was hardly interested in answering my querry and was only interested on how we were wearing the mask.We had wanted to buy certain things and left them also because of their rude behaviour,their was no apology also from their end.I have been a Mothercare brand user for many years,and such people have spoilt the brand image totally,proving online shopp to be a better platform.Extremely rude.Will never visit their store again.

Please train your rude staff to be pleasant with the customers.very rude staff ,who was not at all interested to tell me about the product.She was staring at us as if she just waited for us to leave the store.Had selected a few things but left them due to her behaviour.We went to South city and shopped from their outlet instead.
