Located on Garcha road. Opposite hazra law college. Narrow entrance and located on 1st floor. Turn round several times to reach the place.Once you get in your name will be written down and have to wait till your name is called. Queue and wait is quite long. Service manager is managing all counters with 3 to 4 person in counter to listen to your complaint.I was given an estimated cost of 1920rs. Delivery on the next day and billing amount was 1362rs. Overall nice experience.Though some people seemed to be dissatisfied with the service because they were creating an uproar.

Samsung service center is fraud....big theif.... The staff here all are scammers......they are making fool to customers...I changed my phone lcd .they give me 3 months warranty...my phone was in 3 months warranty period...I told them but they tell me that your mother board is dead....very fraud staff...they only know how to make money from customers...if your phone is in warranty period....then also they will charge you..and they remove original parts from your phone and put duplicate parts..fully fraud samsung service center...purchase mi phone ..oppo phone...far better then Samsung...all staffs here are unprofessional..they use duplicate parts...fraud company fraud staff....

Samsung Service Centre located at first floor of building gives satisfactory services. Sufficient staff available to attending your complaint. Total experience is moderate. Nothing new to say. Due to COVID-19 lessor number of customers visiting the service centre. Need to start online appointment service for visit so that reduces the crowd at a time.

Very courteous staff. They are very helpful and very much customer oriented. I forgot to bring the job sheet, they just asked to give a declaration, pen and paper provided by them only. Thanks. You can count on them

Pathetic customer care. Even worst product service & quality

This place is so so. It is easy to locate and this is the plus point of this place. The person who dealt with me was a cordial guy. Everything was okay with this place. But the reason why I am giving it a three star is because they had provided a bottle of colin spray instead of a bottle of sanitizer, which I found very amusing. I know this covid 19 has brought in recession and all of us are going through bad, lean times. But asking the consumers to use the Colin spray instead of the regular sanitizer is taking things too far.

All the staffs behavior is very good & helpfull & all are trying their best service to all the person, who came in the Samsung Service Center.

Bap re! Long wait in a closed place with NO ventillation . My charger went out of order within 1 mnth . Said will change but ESSENTIALLY hv to do software update and WIPE OUT all data from phone . So HAD YO SUFFER LOSS SILENTLY.sustandard behaviour and management . LIKE A COWSHED.

Extremely bad service. No personal grudges. Not recommended at all. Went to get Samsung Grand 2 Power Button replaced. They first said without any check that the mobile set is an old model so parts not available. Seems like the service centre ppl have not slept for ages and is deeply tired and lethargic to work. God forbid, generally who comes with new handset to repair? Mostly the repair would be needed for old models only. God knows what they searched for more than 5 mins and returned the set commenting that spare is not in stock, they will procure it and will take 2 weeks time. They did not expect this but I agreed to that timeline. They rephrased after murmuring with a nearby colleague that it cant be repaired. So they just beat around the bush checking every possible way how to shoo away customers to minimise their workload. They kept on saying in between the conversation that the repair of the Grand 2 will cost a good amount of money. It was well understood from their behaviour, body language, their unwillingness to help a customer. It is highly recommended to visit the Samsung Service at CR Avenue Service Centre beside Central Metro Station or Anwar Shah Road Service Centre or may be just any other local repair shop but certainly not the Hazra Service Centre. Terrible. Visit this location at your own risk to waste time, money and mood.Pls note: This bad rating is regarding this service centre only and NOT in general commenting about Samsung after sales. Suggestion to Samsung: recommending to close this place or change employees and technicians at the earliest.

Odd place and repair is costly. I went there for repair my samsung M20 mobile.. they gave me an estimate of 10,450/- . I didnt agree, returned back to my known private mobile repair center who repaired the same for 3,850/-.

The worst service centre i ever seen. I visited the center with my dead phone on 18/9. After 2 hrs wait, i was told about faulty motherboard and estimated cost to replace it 8500/=. The technician is more interested whether i will repair or not rather than explain the reason of dead set. During my return i stopped by Gariahat local repair shop. They said nothing happened except some moisture/water inside They charged 300/= and the phone is running fine till then.P. S After seeing the other feedback, Requesting Samsung Customer services to close the center.

Worst service centre. Took my sons Samsung Mobile. It was within warranty. Couldnt find out the problem. Later told that it will be chargeable although first told no charge required. Misinformed that it will be repaired in a week. Didnt take any steps. Dont pick up calls. Never give feedback. After 1 month called and asked for confirmation of ordering the product and still cant tell when parts be available. Most of the executives there are incompetent, inefficient and irresponsible. First, they take product by saying its not chargeable then they say itll be charged within warranty also. Supervisor there openly demands money for warranty products by saying that for running the center they need money and hence theyll penalize customers. Rimpa Saha, customer executive took my phone and after 1 month she says she hasnt ordered spare parts. Recommend people not to go there and samsung to sack these sick employees.

Very fast service but is quite crowded even during the Covid times. Temperatures arent checked and sanitiser wasnt provided. So 2 stars off hygiene but great service overall.

One of the worst service centreThey are not interested to talk about any of your problem theyll directly ask you to submit your phone because nowadays they charge 177/- rupees for inspection. they were so busy among themselves xD, kind of ignoring customers, Without inspecting the device properly they told me that display is showing problem it will charge you 18500 and we will check other problems and will inform you, they dont even have basic knwoledge that my galaxy s10 plus IP68 is 1.5 mtr water resistant she constantly argued with me that it is only for rain water and for 2 to 3 seconds.After all I dont know why Samsung kept hiring foolish executives like them.I am done with samsung and their services, I wasted my last 2 years insulting iphone owners, now I got them why iOS and their services are better.Not Thanking You for your non cooperation act

Bogus.... utterly unprofessional and nasty behavior. They badly damaged my phone and returned it without repairing arguing that the parts are unavailable . If ratings could be 0 , I would have given them a big 0.

This place needs a lot of improvement in terms of customer service. The staffs needs to be well trained and should learn to value time.

They have no sense of responsibility and accountability. Them not picking a call from customers to know the status of progress, is also customers problem. If you cannot find solutions, get them trained or has Samsung dropped its standards on providing service.

Please take a PICTURE of your device as a proof of the condition of your phone before you submit your phone to them because they dont mention REMARKS in job sheet and afterwards they will hand over your phone full of scratches and then they wont accept also that its their fault.

Im not sure if they are interested in repairing any phones. My Galaxy S7 sensors were not working. New sensors would have cost only Rs.1000. Instead they took a whole week & said it was a problem with the motherboard & would cost a whopping Rs.16000. My phone was one and a half years old and I took real good care of it. I just couldnt understand what caused the motherboard to fail. I was really disappointed with their level of service.

Its a excellent services provided by my Samsung employees all the time whenever i was in problems always they besides me to provide best services. I prefer to everyone to select first priority for Samsung products.

Very poor service. The phone screen was broken and they repaired it well. But when I went to pick my phone upon their request they delayed for two hour and I was made to wait while they carried out checks. The checks should have been done earlier before they called me to pick my phone and this much time shouldnt have been wasted. Lot of scope for improvement.

The most work service centre of Samsung mainly Mr. Manash Roy Chowdhury. He as a person is very much worst person every seen. As per me worst is very less to describe his personality. He treat his employees in a very bad manner. And mostly disrespect girls. My concern is others people do not work her as there is no future here. I should be giving 0 star to this agency. Also I request Samsung to take this matter seriously. And also it is for Samsung reputation also. For these kind of person Samsung reputation is going bad.

Quite ridiculous. I came here to repair a keypad phone which is worth between 2k-3k and to repair the phone they ask me for another whopping 2k. This price didnt seem reasonable enough and I had to leave seeing no other alternative.

Very very disappointing unprofessional service centre I have ever come accros.* Poor communication.* The contact numbers of the service centre are most of the time found switched off even after 11am. I personally have found it Busy and ringing also but they don’t have time to pick it up. So customer can’t check with the service centre if the phone is ready, then I go physically from far distance and get to know that the phone is not ready.*After taking the device they informed to collect it in two days. However, upon arrival at the place we come to know, the device is not ready.

Nice seating, courteous behaviour, but couldnt solve the problem. Asked me leave my mobile with them for further investigation. I didnt. Later on I read the manual & fixed the problem myself by restarting the mobile.

The spare parts are always available, and if not they dont take much time to get it arranged.

It is exactly at the middle of the road connecting hazra and ballygange pari.You can choose bus like SD-16,picnic garden mini or there is also a option of auto. If you are coming from ballygange, I will suggest to walk a little hardly 3mins.Now Service wise very convenient service. They work very efficiently. I didnt wait much, within just 5 min I got my turn.... impressed..Next behavior of stuff was very polite and well organized manner.Though I didnt get my phone serviced because of some reason,so I dont know how the service process goes and they handle at that time but when they attend me they was very clear to me in yes of the defect,charges,time and yes warranty or how long that phone can last after servicing which I feel very good. So must visit if you have any issue with your Samsung one.
