Its was a great experience here....Servicing starts from morning 7 am to 7 pm...they checked everything and did exactly what is required..there is a customer resting lounge also which is fully AC and you can see your vehicle getting serviced.....its located near Aryans School.

They call you timely for reminders regarding servicing and takes your feedback by call after servicing. Staffs are cooperative and very friendly. Card payment and UPI available. AC lounge is available as well. However, weekends are overcrowded, so it is recommended to go on weekdays. For working persons, bike can be given for servicing on one morning and may be taken on the next day morning.The only drawback is that the workshop is just opposite to a huge dump yard and therefore the entrance area is very untidy with muddy road and has garbage everywhere. You need to hold your breath while entering.

🙏 saying something about it will be waste of my words.Pathetic management.. and the attitude of the employees ufffff experience of a lifetime. Came here at 7.30 am now it 4.00 pm, sitting here for 8 hours to get my problem fixed of an small issue. Never ever ever ever ever again i will be coming here for getting my bikes job done. In capital letters NEVER PURCHASING FROM SHIVA WHEELS AND NEVER EVER GOING TO GET MY EXISTING BIKE SERVICED FROM THEM PERIOD.

Big workshop and very spacious. Employees are well behaved. Technicians are pretty good with there work. My scooter servicing was done very well.

As I get some knowledge after visiting this Service Centre of Honda, Satisfied services and well response. Polite workmen but be aware of them too 😂 because they also follow Makkhan mar kar dhakkan pahnana 😂. Like they always are suggestive sellers either products are available or not. And really dont know why they dont have all the spare parts on time. Most of the parts not available always.Giving it 4/5 for their services, politeness and some cleanliness.Overall its good.

As has been mentioned by other reviewers the service quality is okay but location is very very annoying. Makes life difficult for both customers and employees. With promt staff and product knowledge, youd breeze through the activity. Just check if the issues highlighted by you are resolved.

They are thief just literally. Why you will understand from my experience.Last time they stole my raincoat from the dicky.Also didnt bother to inform the customers or try to search it.I am an AMC holder for my honda two wheeler, actually AMC is a trick they always use to lure customers by showing higher discount. In case of repair of parts they always charge the same MRP. Last time my battery charge was down, they didnt even charge the battery just to force me to purchase new battery. Very poor service dont go for this workshop.

Far from showroom. Not connected well with public transport. Need to cross dirty/garbage area. Roads are pathetic. Behaviour of staffs are not good as expected from Honda. Takes atleast six hours to service one two wheeler because of lung queues. Honda does not have sufficient service centers in Kolkata thats why long queues.

Very well managed service centre for honda bikes and scooties .. pretty large area for workshop ..And their is a waiting room .. for you .. and well behaved ..Also .. their is one more good point that ...they have FIRST COME , FIRST SERVE .. so arrive early .. and you can get your work done within time ...!!

Worst servicing center. I have raised a claim and they didnt change the parts which got damaged and just put gum from back end and done the painting and charged for the part... And trying to deliver the scooty. The management should look after the person who is looking for these claims (claim advisor) and all.... Claim advisor try to make the customer fool.

Great service with no complaints. I bought the scooter from the place where once the service center used to be. Now it shifted to Agarpara. Although its hectic for me to go there, drop my bike and again while picking up, still somewhere worth it.Only one issue I have, it does have few required but not essential accessories like seat cover, footstand or helmet.

Went for free servicing of my activa twice. Open from 8 am. They give you reminder well before time. Though constant reminders could be annoying. Service is good. Price is reasonable. Employees are well behaved most of the times. Located near Narula college, Agarpara. Outside of the service shop is very dirty and located beside a trash dump. They delivery after servicing is also very fast.

I am a frequent customer there, impressively they have improved their service.Just be careful while taking delivery of your vehicle, do proper checking before leaving the workshop and make sure all the works have been done or not.You have to wait in a queue to do the jobsheet, to avoid then queue, better call on their booking number before visit there.

Specious workshop with 8-9 work station.Waiting room is on the first floor which allows customer to keep eyes on work stations. Staffs Behavior is satisfactory. Common spare parts are usually available. Service could be fast and advisors shouldnt be changed frequently here. Overall quite good.

Shiva Wheels Work Shop is fine. I am servicing my scooter (Activa) for last nine years and I am satisfied with them. But the surroundings are not good. All the waste collected from households are dumped here.

The owner is only running behind money. There is capacity for service of 25 motorcycles and they are taking about 150 motorcycles everyday and harassing the customers. They are only washing the machines and delivering them to have serviced completely. Honda needs to take immediate action against the errant dishonest businessman..

Not at all a good place for service. They put excessive rates and does not service the vehicle properly.

Workshop located in polluted area. Smoke, garbage etc. makes unhealthy surrounding areas of the workshop.

Pros :1. Good ambience, restrooms with a view of the working area , tea & clean drinking water , clean washrooms.2. Good technicians , they service your vehicle quite well especially by Mr. Sanskar , he is best of the lot.3. Phone calls before and after services to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.Cons :1. Mismanagement , lack of coordination in between staffs , both intra & inter departmental.2.Number of technical staffs responsible for servicing works is inadequate as per the work load they handle.3. Thus resulting in increased waiting time.Overall Suggestion : Call & confirm your visit date prior to visit for servicing. Go early morning , especially around 7AM so that you get your vehicle back latest by 12PM , if you want job to be done on the same day itself. Else you can take a pick-up & drop facility at a nominal cost if you reside within the serviceable area of the workshop. But in that case dont expect a same day delivery !!

Shiva wheels service center service is Very good . All technicians, staff & service manager behaviour is verry good. I am 100% satisfied this service centre job.

Good staffs they have, but they use new vehice little bit, like test drive, staff are using new bike etc, and sell this bike to the customer. And also sell scratch vehicle, just apply some polish cream on the scratch and sell it, after 3,4 days later when customer realize some scratches on the bike, and customer told that to showroom people and thats time they denied. And all technicians are untrained they lift new bike from truck very badly, and when start the engine for first time they start the engine very badly, and their service technicians are just hilarious, they are also untrained, Honda India please do something on this showroom.

Very poor service in terms of issues resolved. I had stopped going to this centre as was never satisfied. But then as i had to get lot of parts changed/modified i decided to try once again. But once again I was severely dissappointed. They just know how to cheat customers by saying you need to get these changed. Once you change that then again they will as for some other part. Every time I get my vehicle done i have to revisit within couple of days. Very dissappointed.
