Worst suzuki showroom I have ever seen in my life. Buy any suzuki vehicle from this showroom at your own risk , I bet you that you will regret if u buy from this particular showroom. You have to purchase any vehicle with higher price and also after purchasing you have to pay extra money to get all the rto papers even you have to fight with them. Most irresponsible staffs work here. I have faced a lot of problem after purchasing Gixxer sf from this showroom. Even now I am continuously facing many problem. Everything cant be described by writing this review so you can read others review also. So take your decision wisely. There are many suzuki showroom in kolkata,you can purchase from there but never dare to buy any bike or scooty from Animesh suzuki. Even hell is better than Animesh suzuki.

Worst service center ever. Never buy from this place. They actually try and steal your money. I bought my bike from here and had to face a lot of problems. The behaviour of the employees is very poor. They dont give you spare parts even of its available and try to get a high priced service from you. I would suggest going to Kalyani great place and great people

Pathetic experience, pathetic service, worst management, very low problem solving skills, its been a year theres a same problem we are facing issue with the brand new Access scooty but these people never bothered and till the problem isnt solved... Now at the end, I am fed up of their bad decision making and bad service am unable bear the charges everytime they put on us.... I am thinking to sell my scooty...Strongly recommend, do not buy any vehicle from this Showroom I repeat do not buy any vehicle...

The most pathetic service I have ever seen in any authorised service centre.My collegue has given his bike here a month back due to accident issue.Several times he called to enquire whether his insurance details has been done by the service centre or not.Not a single time anyone responded positively .After visiting here more than 5 times We couldnt find a designated person for service related issues.Nobody khows nothing here.Everyone is pointing to other person.After a monthwide harrassment a gentleman from accounts department has intervened to see what the problem is.Still the solution is awated .Requesting to everyone dont buy bike from here,you will be cheated in terms of service.Not recommended at all.

Really bad experience with this place. Went for the first service(which was expensive) and my bike had a good amount of petrol in it when I got my bike it was in reserve.If Authorized service centres does this kind of stuff how can we give our bike believing that theyll take care of it. Some working here are shamelessly asking for money (bakshish) while I dont have one good reason to give. will never recommend this outlet go somewhere else and buy but not this place yo will regret for sure.

Location: Agarpara. Security Guard behaviour is not professional. Wrong behaviour with me and other. I get a call for Scooter 3rd service. I reached early at 9am. At 10 am security Guard told me you havent booked your and rude behaviour with me , No manners to talked with customers. Other technician is good they arrange my service. When completed my free service I wont visit this service center again

High/improper price of spare parts. Misguided by Workshop attender - Ragesh Paul. Misleaded without discussing with technician, as such all issue with my bike not resolved. Lack of cooperation. Technician was good and explained the issue. Overall after sale service is worst. Do not get convinced with their flattering statement. I wont advice people to visit as per my own experience.

Given scooter to thier service center in Chinar park on Sunday.Yesterday (Wednesday) we ask them for delivery status, the Chinar park person informed us that scooter is at agarpara and we have to collect from there and he cannot help us any more, if we want the delivery we have to go to agarpara, which is very far and we have no other optionThen we called agarpara showroom they told us to collect scooty after 2 days, its was shokingly late.We requested them to return ur scooty in any condition and we cannot come to agarpara.After many phone calls and requests they after to deliver our scooter yesterday itself,We watsapp them the address which was convineant to themSince 7.25 last evening till the time of writing the review their phones are switched offBattery warranty issue is another story

Average service.. staffs are very lazy.. For single query resolution they will keep on asking each and every guy in the workshop. Very Careless about service.. took more than 2 hours to check weather a part is available or not..
