Best Bajaj showroom, sales guy was very well mannered and well behaved.

Good customer service & management but hospitality was missing even not a cup of tea had offered before and after purchase a motorbike.

Recently in the month January2021 I purchased a Bike Pulser125 Neon from Maheshtala Showroom, behaviour of the staff was fine. But cashier of the showroom could not give details of the expenditure toward insurance and registration in a satisfactory way. On pursue he returned Rs. 490/- balance he showed as miscellaneous. He even does not know how much to pay for brokerage but total payment was taken as advance and they told all break up will be show . But balance amount Rs. 4789/- shown as miscellaneous this is not understood. For a Bike of Rs. 78266/-.A standard brokerage is understood but this is very disappointing.I tried to contact registration department of OSL Bajajs AJC road no one attained the call.I just urge to the higher Management of OSL group please look in to matter.Thanks & Regards

Opening and closing hours are incorrect and its closed on Sundays, the staff doesnt seem dedicated in selling their products. It wasnt a nice experience

Before purchase they will make you feel so special.After purchase you will feel like a mad dog.They wont respond to your calls properly stating busy always. My biggest regret was purchasing bike from this place. They will inform about number plate installation only a evening before you have to install it. Sigh!

Very slow way of working. They would make you run for even simplest of things. They always try to run away from taking responsibility of things, they are supposed to do. Before the payment they are nice but once you have purchased the vehicle they wouldnt even properly respond to your genuine queries. Most of the staff behaves as if they are giving the vehicle for free. They dont even get the vehicle registration done in time.Purchasing new vehicle is a matter of excitement and happiness but they would make it a miserable experience for you.

Bought my new pulsar from this showroom by exchanging the old one. The staffs were very cordial and professional and explained every relevant thing in detail. The entire process seemed seamless and I walked out satisfied !

A detailed review:My friend purchased a brand new Avenger and hell broke loose. We were celebrating and suddenly the bike stalled and stopped in the middle of the road with petrol leaking.The sales guy picked and sent a guy who did not have a phone and the sales person stopped receiving calls. It was 7:30PM and showroom number went ringing with no response.After around 40 calls to sales guy and waiting for 1:30 hour on road, some random guy came and we had to tow the new vehicle and get it repaired.Imagine the hell experience. While at showroom that day, I took a test drive of a different vehicle and they just took me to back of the building for a test ride. Thats all. The guy was least bothered and had a heavy attitude.Overall, a super bad experience.Will think twice before buying a Bajaj vehicle from here.

Worst experience. The sales executive asked me to ask question about the bike so that they can explain me. It was like Im dying to buy their bike. They should understand there are companies with better customer service.

Worst behaviour from staff. Before buying the bike too polite and once u booked or purchased they simply say read manual book or term and conditions on paper. My brother bought dominar400. 2019 model. They were just too irresponsible for giving detail, after booking and taking delivery of the bike. In my response go to other showrooms first it would be better in price and staff behaviour.

Excellent showroom for Bajaj Automobile. All models available here. Best service along with test drive is given. But if even you buy the best bike Dominor 400 you will not be given any gift from the Showroom or Company.. Beside this All is Well.

Before the payment clearance they will treat you like the head of the department ! So much respect !But after you haved cleared the payment ! You will see true colours of their behaviour ! They will neglect your calls specifically !And moreover as per their manager their godown is at joka ! And if you are making a purchase in hard cash and want the vehicle the same day ! They will request you to wait ! Either you have to visit Joka bajaj godown and drive the vehicle by your own ! Or else you can wait by the time they will drive the vehicle to their showroom ! And this took them 1 week to drive that particular vehicle from Joka to Bhawanipur ( bajaj showroom , FMC Fortuna , AJC Bose road )

South Kolkatas main dealer. All models are available here. The location is also good.People are good. But in my case, they had misplaced a document, because of which I had to go through a lot of harassment.After the sale if a similar problem occurs, there would be no one to help. You have to fight it out yourself.

Worst experience. Got a new 2019 Dominar 400 but got just a local helmet as a gift. The executive told me we dont offer any gift. Bought the top model motorcycle of the showroom and no offer on it Simply cant believe it. I would prefer other buyers to options other bajaj showroom then come here.

A prime showroom pf Bajaj two wheelers in the heart of the city. It is situated near Rabindra Sadan Metro station, forum mall and few other notable landmarks. The service is okayish, and not very customer friendly. But anyway it is easily available both from south and north kolkata and one can contact them if they intend to purchase or test drive a bajaj automobile.

It is selling The Bajaj make a motor cycle only. All new motorcycle for sale.

Its very sad and unfortunate that they dont offer Dominar for test ride dont know about other bikes. But when you are purchasing an expensive bike they should allow test ride of that bike. And after purchasing customer service is very bad.

Nice, large showroom but limited variety of bike

Most third class after sales service. Before purchasing they will behave like you are god for them. After you pay the money they will not even recognise you. Also not willing to talk over the phone. They are not even bothered to resolve your issue.

Nice and well behaved stuff, showroom is clean, but availability of all model is depending upon time and you have wait for some particular model in some cases( I have to wait nearly one month for my golden-beige color 2017 avenger 220 cruise)

One of the biggest showroom for Bajaj brand motorcycles. One can get all the models here. Very big and spacious showroom. Test rides are not allowed. The sales personnel are very attentive upto the payment stage but after the payment is cleared you are nobody.Work culture is very bad. They consider themselves as king. Bargaining is always on as the asking price is high always. If someone is looking for Bajaj motorcycles then they should purchase from some smaller vendors to get proper service. This place should be used for price comparison only.

This is to inform you that I have purchased Avenger 220 Street , bearing vehicle Regn No - WB20BA2244 on dated 23.05.2018 from OSL Bajaj Prince Anwar Shah Road.But this is rather disappointing that before 1st servicing only I am facing problem related to Fuel pump. Then after visiting for 1st Serving on dated 23.06.2018 at B.L.Saha Road workshop they have changed the fuel pump. But the same problem persists. They also misguided that it is digital so it is not showing.Then again visited and informed Workshop Manager as told by him that the same problem will persist because it is digital.Today when I was riding with one of my family members suddenly the bikes display, horn, indicator stopped working and I have to return home without horn, display & indicator. This is a shear issue of our SAFETY.Kindly look into this matter urgently other wise I will be forced to take further actions.

Their business policy: How Indians used to do business many years back....... Customers are fools and need to be butchered. Their service is limited till the time you have made payment for your purchase. Post your purchase they dont recognise you. Their service if you can call it that, is shabby. The person who had dealt with you previously will not recognise you and pretend as if you are coming from Mars. Their is almost a monopoly business hence it is not affecting them but they need to march with the times.

Service is good but had to take Ns 200 instead of Dominar as the delivery was taking bery long .Plus they did not give MRF tyres in NS 200 .Grip is not that good .
