Initially i didnt like the deal so i left for the suzuki showroom next door & almost bought a access125 but these guys pursued me & finally gave me a deal i was happy with... Great business mentality... Cheers!!!Showroom was nicely laid out, brightly lit & almost all variants available.Washroom is neat, appreciate that!Went there on a bajaj ct100b & came home on a fascino. Today, the day after, stood my 2.5yrs old daughter infront & rode for 10km & boy she was thrilled... Priceless!!!

A good Yamaha two wheeler showroom located on DH road Kolkata . The showroom has good no of stock for all models and colours. The sales man was courtous and happy to show the model we were looking for and offered a test drive. The delivery process was smooth . The only con was they charged the new price although the stock was of previous month which I did not like and even calling Yamaha helpline did not help.

It was a excellent experience with the Kolkatas best bike&scooter dealer #paulyamaha. The behaviour of the staffs are outstanding they know how to behave with a customer. I was not getting the bike MT15 monster edition at any showroom, then i contacted Paul yamaha & the took my booking and assured me that they will bring the bike and yes they bought the bike and delivered to me with in the time. Nothing complicated here, everything are open to the customer. Very easy process to get your own machine. The staffs were welcoming and were professional in dealing with customers. Shared good knowledge on the bikes and bike related relevant information. Cooperative and honest. I went for R15 V3, they had guided me and helped me in getting the documentation ready to provide seamless delivery..

I just purchased a Yamaha fz25 at March end and it costed me Rs. 1,87000 on-road. There was only one unit of this model. I paid it in cash and got a money receipt in return to bring at the time of delivery and nothing much.To get the number plate attached they estimated 15 working days for the complete delivery.They promised me a helmet at the time of delivery. A little scratches were there which can be fixed they said. Also I hope to get a proper invoice.I will update my experience again and the rating once I get my bike in hand.Fingers crossed 🤞

The showroom itself has horrible staff. Each of the staffs are rude and unhelpful . I purchased my yahama fasino on 6th September 2020. The no. plate was fitted on 2nd October 2020. But I did not receive my scooty smart card yet. Prabir from the registration dept. is extremely rude and keeping the work pending. I had been informed that I would receive my smart card within 3 months time, but I have been told time and again that either the RTO is closed for holidays or the concerned official are unavailable. Horrible service from Paul Automobiles Thakurpukur

Totally helpful staffs to guide you. We as customer enquires very much but they dont get irritated. Today I took test ride of R15 v3 and In Shaa ALLAH I shall buy Thunder Grey edition as soon as possible because I heard Yamaha is reducing its manufactures and I dont want to lose my dream bike.

Lots of hidden charges are charged by the showroom. They dont even produce any invoice for that. They charged me 6000+ for different items (not known to me) without bill. Dont buy from this showroom. If you already bought from this showroom please check your invoice and challan. You cant match the both price. Be alert.They right now called me and that much money has been deducted for brokerage (dalali)!! No invoice can be issued.Be aware....can u imagine for buying bike u have to pay cutmoney to showroom.!!!! they charged me5340/- extra cut-money .. .

I purchased Fascino 125 BS6. Test Drive Given. Well behaved staff and every details well explained. Good thing is it also open on Sunday both showroom and service centre

They even charge 100rupees for handing over the smart card!!!,which no other dealer takes.There are lot of hidden costs.Earlier I had given them good rating but its mistake,even while service they take 200 rupees as consumables ,which is nothing but the lubcrating oil.Also the issue reported during the second free service resurfaced in two weeks after the service!!!

Nice Behaviour and well maintained showroom.Very much satisfied.Thank you.My views changed when I met your back office at the third floor. When I went to collect my smart card the personnel sitting there is abusive and their behaviour is very bad.They are violent and illiterate person doesnt know how to behave with a customer. My father was with me and they even didnt care to give him the due respect.Thanks to the Manager who is really a gentleman.He later came up with us and sorted things out,even then the staff working there was rudely answering. Please take due actions against them.

Had a very bad experience since we have purchased yamaha fascino...The guy who sits in the reception has very less knowledge about documentation...we had faced a lot of problem with the finance team (Bussan auto finance)...Be careful with the finance team member name Bidhu who had copied my wifes signature without our permission.,and when we went to complain the manager of paul automobile he started supporting the staff..

Firstly very reluctant staff, when I entered there was no safety precautions, rather I myself had to ask them for sanitizer.Staff behavior isnt good at all. The executive named Mr. Rahul must be taken into consideration by the management, he was very rude when I asked him for the quotation.This behavior is not acceptable after all we are paying you money...I hope the management looks into the matter, pathetic experience I wont recommend anyone to make a purchase from this dealership.

They have a perfectly disputed managing team who always fail to keep their words when comes to vehicle delivery.Please do not pay any extra amount for pre delivery because even if u do, they would fail to deliver on the promised date. Very disappointing service. Not recommendable.
