It is one of the largest Yamaha showrooms in the city with a large collection of two wheelers.Talking about the products on display, as on the date of writing this review all the scooters are on display. Coming to bikes, the FZ25 series is currently not available on display or for test rides. Even the big bikes like R1, MT-09 arent there.The staff although friendly dont qualify as efficient. The ground floor of the showroom is basically a workshop and the first floor is the main showroom which also has a small visitors lounge cum cafeteria.I would suggest you to call them before you visit so that you know for sure when what models are available.The showroom is usually never clouded and relatively clean and well maintained.Driving a car is possible but youll have to park a little astray from the location since the road adjacent to the showroom is broken and has a truckload of bikes stocked.

This Yamaha Showroom plus Service centre was previously a company owned one when I bought my Fazer 2014 model.Latet its been franchised by TanushkaThe main system has not changed much, the reception office is at the ground floor, and the main showroom is at the 1st floor, and the service centre and Parts department on the 2nd floor.One good h change is now you can pay for your bought directly to them.Now about the Showroom and Service, this the best showroom and service centre when allYamaha models are concern, you will get all parts here when many other service centre will show out of stockOnly major drawback is the behaviour or reluctance of some of the junior staffs out there.

Yamaha two wheeler showroom cum service center. There is a need to facelift the ground floor and some good sitting arrangements for the customers. Behaviour and dealing of the staffs are excellent especially Mrs. Ipsita, who always deals and satisfy the clients with very very convincing way and smiling face. Special preference should be given to the Senior Citizens. May kindly consider my proposal.

I recently purchased a Yamaha FZ-25. On the day of delivery they told me to go at 1 pm and I reached there beforehand. But the most unfortunate fact is that I stayed in the showroom till 5pm and the bike was still not delivered. They kept telling me that the bike was on the way from Madhyamgram and asked me to wait for awhile.Today I have completed 50 days and still have not received my number plate. I have received my insurance and tax papers after 45 days. This is actually not done. They are wasting my time and I am facing problems while riding the bike. The services of this showroom is worst. Never ever buy vehicles from this place.

There was no professionalism when I visited this sjowroom. I have been a yamahas customer from the past 8 years now having FZ and R15. However, when I visited the showroom I was not even attended properly. Basic decency was not there along with that nobody even cared to voice out the features and specs of the vehicle. I visited this place on 8th Oct,21 and was there to buy a new R15. But because of this experience, I will leave yamaha now. Poor service provider. No check over staff behaviours and attitudes. Thumbs down 👎

Tanushka auto yamaha is located in Teghoria, beside a car showroom. It has a good stock of motorbikes. The staff behaviour seem attentive and responsive when you want to purchase. However, after you purchase the customer support is worst. The service centre doesnt always have the necessary parts to replace, the workers dont check all the things that needs to be done before they leave the vehicle. One needs to recheck by themselves before leaving.

I bought my R15 from tanushka,Madhyamgram..they took 3000 extra from booking amount.Servicing is 3rd class! They did nothing on so called free servicing. Each time i face newer probs from servicing. And idk why there Fi station never works!Moreover they forced me to buy another battery within my warrenty period where i found others getting stepney from showroom!Yeah Yamaha is of of the best choice out there in the market.. But will never like to recommend Tanushka,madhyamgram!

Service is amazing! My bike feels very smooth after the servicing. And considering the fact that my bike is 6 years old and was having quite a few problems, I would definitely say that these guys are highly trained in their job and very professional.However, I rated it 1 star less than 5 because of the behaviour of the person sitting at the billing counter. Even before I got a chance to test ride the bike after servicing, that guy was forcing me to open Google and rate this place 5 stars! In fact, he did the same to 3 other customers who were there at that time.I told him that Ill ride my bike for a week and only then provide my review. But, that billing counter guy kept trying to force me to give a rating right there on the spot!As a result, I feel most of the star ratings of this place here are forced 5 stars from various customers and are hence fake!Bottom-line: Their servicing is great and I highly recommend this place. But please refuse to rate this place before test riding your bike for a few days. And message to the owner- stop extracting fake 5 star ratings from gullible customers! If your servicing quality is good, youll automatically have a lot of genuine 5 star reviews.

Myself Arpan Banerjee would like to raise a complain against tanushka yamaha, Narantala, VIP ROAD.With due permission of mine mechanics of the showroom opened my MT-15 engine due to some problems they found out.Question arises if engine was opened how can the gearbox got compromised?The one way bearing in the gearbox was into pieces mixed with the mobil and the shaft was just about to enter the engine and the engine would have been ceased if the action for repairing was not taken on time.Kindly do look into the matter with utmost importance.We give the bike to the service centre to maintain it not to ruin it though.Thank you.

I can understand that the renovation is going on in the service center but if you se in the pictures there is no AC no fan .there should be at least 2 worker should be present in the front desk but there is only one person the behaviour of the person is too rude .I think this problem should be solve very quickly.In the front of one person ask about best modle in this showroom and the approx price in the front desk and he get the answer that we cant tell you about that you have to go to the 1st floor like every worker have a idea about the bike in the show room And the rough idea about price

Came here to look at some new bike models I was planning to buy. I was looking for Yamaha FZ series. The FZS 25 white colour looked very unique but it was not available that time. So I chose the Armada Blue color.The sales persons Abhishek (Dustu) and Pranab Sajjan (Akash) helped me a lot. Specially Abhishek. He really helped me to understand the features and the configuration of the bike. I took the test ride as well with him. It was really a great experience.Finally I chose the Yamaha FZS 25 Armada Blue color. And bought it on 24.02.21.Thanks a lot Abhishek and Pranab and also all the selling staffs.

Bought a fz25 bs6 from this showroom they did a celebration with cakes and delivered the bike same day. 5 star for that .But im very doubtfull about the later service as everyone i talked to said itll take days to get the registration and other papers.Hoping thats not gonna happen this time.Will update later.

Service is not like brands, theyve excuses like your this part is not running properly so youve to change that.And after that Yamaha Motors best policy you have to pay for the services like injector cleaning, chain clean lube, brake pad change, if you have free services though you have to pay for that.Pathetic service #ATC INDIA ELECTRONICS PVT. I purchased a Yamaha FZS 25 BSVI model this year on March. The service offered by the personnel are good. They listen to you and look for solutions. Though, I am still waiting for my Number Plate since 2 months (due to elections, it got delayed), I have found no issues with them. I got my 1st service done few days ago. I must say that the service centre is good. The people in charge listens to your issues or problems that you are facing with your bike and they make repairs accordingly. The only thing is that, it goes a bit slow. It is time consuming, and I can say its ok, if you want your bike in a good condition. Overall I find the people there good, helpful and committed to customer service.

Ok so I am writing this review after 1st servicing of my two wheeler 5 days back. Employees are truly unprofessional and always ready with tons of excuses of their defective service. In the name of 5 free servicing they dont even clean the vehicle properly but they will write your ph no purposely wrong when you go for servicing and change the parts of your vehicle even if it wasnt required that too without informing you. And the time of delivery they will charge you for the same with another excuse that your ph no wasnt correct so we couldnt inform you. But we have changed the part. how disgusting.I would have given 0 star if it would have possible.To all the people who are thinking of buying yamaha vehicle please excuse yourself from going to this showroom.

For service, this place is good. Technicians behave well. Waiting time is quite high.Adding some more information to this review after almost 5 months. The situation has not changes at all. Arrived at 9 am today, its 10.15 am now, the job card is yet to be opened. Really horrible condition when service part comes into question. The people attending customers at the desk during servicing, NEED TO LEARN SOFT SKILLS, especially 1-2 people who are on duty in the morning session. As a loyal Yamaha Customer, I am requesting #yamaha and #TanushkaAuto to look into this matter seriously .

All the staff is Good but only service supervisor are really too bad.. 😡only this service centre dont take any vehicle for servicing after 11.30 A.m(SERVICE WILL BE DONE AFTER 4 HOUR) but others Yamaha service center is taking servicing above 3p.m( SERVICE WILL BE DONE AFTER 2 HOUR)Mechanic is really good and receptionist is Also good in this service centre but service supervisor are not listening the actual problem and there really too much lazy 🦥If anyone servicing his vehicle from this service centre you need to reach early morning in any day and if you are busy person you cannot servicing from Any Day!You need to Off your office for servicing your vehicle.

I had a mixed experience here while serving my vehicle. Although I was greeted with a warm smile by the members, but the servicing part showed underperformance. As a rider, one expects a vehicle all washed up and well taken care of. However, what I recieved was a mere direction to wipe my vehicle after reaching home. It slipped due to a layer unattended polish; while I rided home, putting me in a risk of an accident. Also, they soaped up my tires outside their premises, in front of me while picking up the vehicle; which was also left unwashed. My question is: is this because, its called a free service? Or because the one who were responsible for servicing were in a hurry to leave.

Okk. So I bought my yamaha ray zr on Dec 4, 2020 today 2nd of march 2021 I got the confirmation by the showroom that they finally have my no. Plate. I was returning after attending a marriage. So I called their one of sales person and requested that person if I come within 15 minutes can you fix the no. Plate as I was not in kolkata.. But she said no its no possible after 5pm. Now I want to know i got my scooty on Dec 4th around 7pm. Who made scooty ready at that time! As you dont have any staff to fix a just simple no. Plate after 5pm.

The salesman are polite and humble but the Service Centre guys are the problem. After every service they ask 50 or 100 rupees as baksheesh. If you dont give them the money they will look down you disgustingly. I will suggest once your free services are over, its better to do servicing from any private mechanic. Need to improve employee behavior. We pay lakhs for our bikes not to be treated like this.

The Complete Review :I purchased Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally from this showroom ( on 16th Sept 2020 ). I made full payment through cheque. It was something around Rs 95,000/- ( Including Accessories )Here are the reasons!1st : ( SALES TEAM INTERACTION ) ~It is for the initial sales interaction and to be honest the sales guy listened to every single quary that I had and addressed it politely. So you will get a great response regarding your purchase from the sales team.2nd : ( SERVICING ) ~It is for the service of my scooty. I have done my first service after 2 months. On that day I left my scooty at the showroom and was told to come back and take it the very next day at 4.30 PM. Although the polishing and health check up was not done untill I came back, it was okay for me. I waited for some time to get that done and thats it.3rd : ( CUSTOMER CARE ) ~Yamaha Customer Care Service reached out to me multiple times after I sent a complaint through email. The lady on the other side of the phone was very polite and listened to my complains regarding the documents. After having several conversations on different days the customer care assured me that I will get it within one or two weeks from 22nd November onwards. Finally I got all my documents on 12th December ( Although they dont give you the RC Smart Card, you have apply for it seperately ) and for a little suggestion, you need to keep in touch with them for the updates.Experience varies from person to person. For me it was good!
