For a pre-booked service, they took 6:15 hours. They are not at all aware of the value of time. My vehicle literally was kept unattended for at least 45 minutes in the washing lobby.The supervisior assigned to my vehicle, was so professional (?) that he doesnt even know what kind of work is supposed to be done and what are the services that I have paid for.Last but not the least, when the Manager, Customer Care, was contacted, it revealed that the incoming facility of this number is not available.Great, isnt it?👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Better than any others service center of Bajaj in Kolkata.. Staffs are also very polite and helpful.

It is the only Hero Motorcycles Service Station in Thakurpukur & Behala locality. The Service Engineers/technicians are very cooperative. Specially Rajesh, Kamalesh, Rakesh, Vikash and the lot are very much helpful. The TV at the waiting lounge is not working. Though the coffee maker machine at the customer lounge serves instant tea & coffee to the waiting visitors. But, please make sure to have a prior booking over telephone for bike service, otherwise they wont allow instant service.

No discipline, service is too slow.They give preference to known faces, get their servicing early.

Staffs are not cooperative..I am looking for a small spare part of my bike which i have need to buy and they didnt even pay attention to my query..They are interested when you service your bike from there at high prices.. otherwise its difficult to get some service..PATHETIC.

I have hero destiny125 cc scooty which is only 8 months old and now having battery issue..instead of resolving my problem whenever i took my scooty for servicing they asked for changing engine oil and gear oil and took money..when i informed the details to the center manager he gave a phone no and asked me to call on wednesday and he switch his phone off.please donot purchase hero vehicle and never go to this centre ..otherwise you will also be cheated like this...

Time Management issues. Unable to handle customers effectively. You need to poke everyone and take timely updates and follow up rigorously to get your work done.

Very nice... Their behavior & service but the place is to far from my place (Bhowanipure). Request Balaji if possible try to take over this Bhowanipure Hero Service Centre at ATM Road so that we can avail easily. I personally heard from others that only due to lack of service center in Bhowanipure many customers go for Honda or TVS etc.

Hero Moto corp. service center n workshop.One of the Biggest service center at Behala zone(Joka) by HERO. All the staffs are very much co-operative.Over the counter spares are available.👍

Be careful of your belongings & bike accessories. Pls check before taking delivery. They keep misplacing things & later never take responsibility.

They are looting on the name of Bike service, they very offten charge 100 Rs. Manually after billing on the name of engin oil by saying hero do not have such oil manufacturer. Charged very high by showings service on unnecessary thing, average charge 1000 to 1500. First 3 to 4 times then 4000 for 5th service.

Authorized service center for hero bikes. bajaj service center is nearby. locate in joka after genx valley on a small way going inside from the main road.

If you own a Hero bike youll definitely need to go there to have a professionally done servicing but servicing will be pretty much time consuming..

They can only make people fool in name of service centre. They call you for service and take money by showing their work in certain area unnecessary. They can also damage ur bike scooty and you have to go to them agian and pay money for that. They never accept their mistake. Their showroom also earns money from them. Both are worthless. Never buy anything from balaji motors and never go to balaji service center.
