Service is very slow. Probably only service center for whole Kolkata region. Theyve also taken services of Triumph and Kawasaki motorcycle.So not only Vespa and Aprilia scooters, but Kawasaki and Triumph bikes are arriving every hour.So, more and more bikes, less employees. Very much time consuming. Our scooter was stuck for servicing from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.But employees were decent, their behaviour was good.

Worst pathetic place and service ..staff are lazy and have no concern..i kept my vespa there and someone disconnected the hose...and no one knows who did it...spares unavailable...i waited from morning till evening...on thier promise that the job would be completed by 3 pm .till 4 pm they hadnt even taken the scooter inside thier workshop and telling me that they have no idea when job will be done .v pathetic and lazy staff .no concern..and v v unresponsive...woret experience..never recommend

Pros:- Polite & friendly behavior of the servicing agents.- Fast service ( Took around an hour)- Orderly queues and process followed- Both cash and card payment available (No UPI available)- Good and comfy waiting rooms available- Not that expensive ( Only engine oil cost deducted for free service)Cons:- Gmap does not do justice to the location.It is a bit difficult to find the exact location and entry/exit point from topsia more.

Very bad serive staf behavior not good

I have been calling them for 2 weeks to service my Vespa but no one is coming for pickup!! An unprofessional woman receives the call within cries of children, shouting, howling in the background..Is this the condition of cities only service centre!!! Somebody from the national level please look into this..

Very very bad experience.My scooty is just 4 months old and breakdown in road.road side assistance took my scooty to service center.even they didnt call me that my scooty was there or not! If i called them they picked up say yes it is here. my scooty parts is not available for a month now.every time i call them they said its ordered and will arrive but no! I have called them multiple times.i called even the shop they didnt care about my scooty at all..i think this is worst scooty ever.i paid 1 lakhs 20 thousand for this. Dont go for VESPA at all

My Vespa has been stuck in this showroom for the past 2 months, the showroom have no interest in fixing my scooter, I sent my scooty in this showroom so that it could be repaired by a authorised dealer but what I got in return is horrible and pathetic service, whenever I call them, all they say is, they have ordered my parts, by the way how long does a spare part delivery takes, no spare parts takes 2 months to be delivered. It’s better that next time, fix your scooty at your local unauthorised dealer than sending in this horrible and pathetic service centre. Sending your scooty to this service centre is like saying bye bye to your scooty forever, they’ll never fix the scooter. I miss my Vespa.

It’s a small but well managed service centre. A bit of more focus is absolutely needed for customer convenience since the customer lounge is closed due to Covid19. Stuffs are well behaved and cooperative, overall good but can improve itself for better.

Very bad experience, unskilled labour, front office management very poor, this is my 3 rd paid service experience, delivery timing very very bad, spare parts not available all time,If you think to buy vespa , my recommendation -- dont buy this. The scooty looking cool but service center and skill labor problem here, and also spares and parts.

The incompetence and lies the service ppl tell u is beyond compare. I deposited my Aprilia sr 160 for accidental repair on sept 2020 and now its November end approaching,and whenever I call to ask how far its came along,Im given a new excuse everytime. In which country and service station does it take 3 months to repair a scooty. Thats effing quarter of a year,and they are so shameless lying through the teeth throughout. They have driven me to a point that Im considering selling my scooty and Im also exploring legal options. Next Monday they will receive my summons of consumer court. I have read how unprofessional a they are. Its time to make them pay for it. Anyone interested in putting a joint law suit can contact me.

During the periodic service, my query and defects related to the scooty has always been acknowledged by your good service manager Mr. Anirban Banerjee, as he always dose effective follow up and your able staff at the service center acknowledges it in a very descriptive manner.Located in a proper region, and very effective staff, very much satisfied with the service.

Ordered a speedometer cable on last week of September, each time I call the service center they tell us the meter cable will come after 10 dayAnd its been 3 months since I ordered and still they are saying the meter cable havent arrived yet

The worst service center,The only problem is they have the Monopoly in Kolkata and customers dont have any options.They dont even check the vehicle properly instead they will just wash it and make it look good from the outside.They dont pick up the phone.No professional behavior,No proper response.I think this is the main reason behind the fall of piaggio sales cause they cant provide the service.

This is no longer the service centre for air-conditioning its the service centre for um Bengal Kawasaki and aprilla bikes. The place is big they do have equipments for the service however the availability of spares is something which is very soft. I am talking about aprilla and not um Bengal and Kawasaki cause I havent had any servicing from the latter

It is a service center Aprilia, Ninja and UM Renegade. And the servicing over their is very good. The service persons are quite professional. I am not sure of any daikin ac service center over here.

Good quality of service but heavy rush due to less number of centre across the Kolkata. But there behavior and professionalism are not customer centric. Even they act like monopoly in Kolkata city , I am very frustrated and disappointed with their attitude with a customer.Earlier behavior was good when centre was located at Khanna.
