Very good service. They are ready to make all the fixes or changes in-front-of the customers. No hidden game. Value for money.

Very poor service. No transparency in billing. Initially they will show moderate quotation but the cost will increase without valid justification. They damage my car and charged me for repairing damages caused by them. They falsely charged without carrying out the work, which got subsequently revealed.

Its was really good place for mahindra owners peoples are helpfull and communication was to the point

Experience was better this time than the last time place was clean and neat and every one was wearing proper uniform and maintaining hygiene.But still a lot needs to be done in terms of cleanliness and orderliness.

Worst service center of all the maruti suzuki service center.. they are the real thieves.. they will charge you for the same thing which you have already covered in the last servicing with their marketing style talks .. people be aware of this place .. they are simply robbing people.. if you dont know about each items related to servicing then youre the perfect bakhra for them .. on top of that they will rob you in daylight with pure Marketing skills and high pitch of their voice.. on top of it they increase the number of kilometres run without your concern and bluff in the numbers while they update the job card.NOT AT ALL SUGGESTED

Authorised service center for Maruti Suzuki. Did an excellent denting and painting job in my S presso which was badly hit by a bus( bonnet and back door were damaged). No parts were replaced due to unavailability, everything was repaired and made to look like new and they were very confident about how the end process would look like. Bhandari workshop on the other hand was nervous to do repairs and asked us to wait till time indefinite until the parts become available. Great work done by team north point. Ill get services done for my car from here too in the future. 100% recommended if you are from north kolkata and own a Maruti Suzuki car. They only took 5 days a returned the car fresh as if its coming out from the showroom.

These guys take their jobs seriously. Nobody fools around. Managers engage with customers patiently and intently. Their advice is spot on. Execution of jobs is decent. They also provide free pickup and drop off for your car, if you are not in the vicinity.
