Service center for TATA vehicles. You should call before vist and book appointment. Staff members were following proper covid protocols. Visit with spare time as due to rush it may take time to service. No pushing of additional value add.Recommended.

The services offered at Tata motors is excellent. They prioritise the customers need and the entire staff is very cordial. Our experience with Mr. Amritpal Singh was indeed very good. Highly recommend this service station.

I have been using the services of TASC in Bangalore for the last 4 years. I have undertaken 6 regular servicings with them, apart from some major insurance claims also. So far I havent had any complaints with them. 2021 is the 1st year I used a TASC facility in Kolkata, and I had such a horrible experience.I undertook 7th servicing in February 2021, and then the 8th servicing last month (6-months intervals). Based on my average experience in the 7th servicing, I proceeded with my 8th servicing. On the day of taking delivery of the car, I had to wait for 1+ hours but still didnt receive insurance claim repair & servicing bills. I was promised delivery of bills by mail, but that didnt happen despite multiple follow-ups.When I raised multiple complaints about the quality of work, TASC agent called & apologized profusely & requested for a 2nd-chance, to which I agreed to, and the team agreed to provide a home pick-up and delivery. It was during this delivery that I finally received the hard-copies along with the delivery of the car.In all of the 3 servicings, the Car interiors were not cleaned properly. The engine-bay area was completely muddy, both after the 7th servicing as well as after the initial visit in the 8th servicing. This is something that I never faced when I gave the car for servicing in Bangalore.I had to get the front-bumper replaced via an Insurance claim, but the new bumper has been fit so badly that there is continuous mist accumulation in the fog-lamps & head-lights.The Wind-shield cowl-top needed refitting, but it has not been fitted properly which has left a gap on the RHS, despite visiting TASC 2 times.I had raised a complaint regarding the rear-view camera (fitted from TASC in Bangalore) giving a hazy picture but when I received the car back, there was no i/p from the camera. The Hazy picture had gone to No picture. I had to get it replaced at an additional cost of 2500+labour charges for your accessories department.During both the 7th and 8th servicing, Battery regular check-up was not done. This caused the battery to get extensively damaged. I never had to bother about the same during the 6 servicings I undertook in Bangalore. However your TASC in Kolkata deliberately damaged my battery to pressurize me into buying a new battery from you. This caused tremendous mental & physical harassment for me to get a new battery from outside, especially during this Puja time with most shops not operating and mechanics also being not easily available. This was a completely unplanned & unnecessary cost for me at this point of time.Lastly, TASC exhausted large amounts of fuel while driving the car from my home & back. This is a distance of 20 kms maximum, but TASC managed to exhaust/steal fuel to an extent that the fuel gauge dropped from 4 bars to 2 bars. In these times of rising fuel costs, the TASC stole fuel, something that has completely broken the trust.I will never recommend anyone to visit this TASC.

I took my new altroz for the first scheduled service and a scratch repair job here. Id list down the pros and cons:Pros:1. The CRM people are polite, they query your needs and inform about the timing/appointment/documents in advance. They even reminded me about my appointment the day prior. Very impressive.2. The service manager was courteous, not pushy and gave me timely update on the service progress.3. Quick turnaround time.Cons:1. Service quality is substandard. The only mechanical problem (horns) I complained about was not solved. The SA said it was solved. I should have checked before leaving the premises.2. On the scratch repair job: they repainted the panel well but added a new scratch on the very same panel. They did offer to repair the new scratch on a later day, but I dont want to spend the time, effort and fuel for that.3. After the 1st service, I see a new problem: theres rattling noise coming from the engine bay that was not there earlier. I did my PDI when purchasing the vehicle and Im very sure it wasnt there!4. Their exterior wash added swirl marks all over the body in my two month old car.There were a few other lapses that they fixed on notifying them. Overall, I think they need to seriously up their service quality. Everyone makes mistakes, but sometimes its sheer carelessness. A customer cannot always afford the time to go there repeatedly.When the time comes for the next service, they would not be my first preference.

TC Motors Service Centre Rajarhat provides an excellent quality car service. The workshop offers ample space, nice waiting lounge and good hospitality. The staffs are really cordial and polite. Technical advisors listen to all the problems attentively and do pre-service inspection diligently. Even they do not hesitate to drive the car to find out on-road technical issues. Apart from regular car servicing, this centre offers car polishing, anti-rust coating, software updation etc. All standard warranty and AMC plans can be purchased here. I am very satisfied with the services.

Not sure about others but twice I have taken by car and it came out with some issue or the other.1st time broken wheel cap and they claimed they did not do it.2nd time my engine fuse is getting blown off, three fuse in 2 days. Its issue with the fuse box itself.

VERY BIG CAMPUS BUT POOR STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.. WORST QUALITY SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES. One of their advisor Mr. BUDHADEB CHATTERJEE is already blamed on many reviews is most in efficient employee of the campus. Please try to avoid that people. He is a master to increase your bill he is now way responsible for your quality of work, He does not know how to behave and communicate with customer.

One of the best places to have your Tata vehicle serviced. They have an extensive range of equipment and ensure that your requirements are addressed. Service advisors are knowledgeable and provide accurate assessments on vehicle condition. I have been having my Vista and Bolt, both top end models, serviced from here for the past several years now.

It was our first visit for free servicing with Tata Tigor top end version. It was a nice experience for us. The executive personnel named Sanjoy Ghosh took care of all things. Our car was checked for mechanical damage (if there were any) and then it was washed and cleaned with shampoo and jet water spray which was done with expertise I must say. They will also clean your foot mat if you have. Plus if you have any value added services like in our case we went for anti-corrosion coating underneath the car, you can get them done with charges. They will also offer you different schemes like extended warranty etc. which you may avail. It took us total 2.5 hours time to do the entirety. They seemed quite punctual and professional in their approach.However it is advisable to visit on Sundays which is obviously less crowded than other days. Thanks.

No work ethics and quality... people working here are just spending time with leisure... they dont attain to ur complains properly...Raised complained to Customer Relationship Manager and AGM/GM of TC Motors Workshop about mismanagement and harrasment faced but no one attended to the complain ... Asked for Regional Managers number but didnt get it till now... Was billed more than 20k but not at all satisfied...work quality and standard can easily be matched with any roadside garage easily.

I have been driving Tata cars since last 11 years (Nearly 1.5 lakh kilometres) & have been visiting different Tata authorised service centres in the past. One of my favourite service centres gave up the authorisation recently & I had to look for a new place that would preferably be open on Sundays!Thats how I came across this service centre..It was a really great experience for me! Starting from the service booking, till the delivery of the vehicle, everything was really smooth.I would like to thank Mr Amritpal Singh, the service advisor who has arranged everything so smoothly.I would also like to appreciate the keen interest & extra care taken by Mr Prasenjit (Electrical section) to get to the root of the problem and correct it totally.Apart from the quality job done, another thing you would love about this place is the waiting lounge. It has separate waiting lounges for customers and drivers, from where the workshop floor is directly visible. Not only that, it has attached bathroom for both the lounges, the customers one having separate gents and ladies toilets.Overall you will like this place ☺️!

I own a 2020 facelift Nexon. I was a bit apprehensive since everyone in my family and friend circle told me to not buy a Tata car, yet I went with the Nexon.The car has been an absolutely splendid piece of engineering, and I recently did my first free servicing from here. I would summarise my experience as follows -Pros -1. Polite staff,2. Prompt response and resolution to minor issues (horn sound adjustment),3. Attentive management team (nothing but kudos for the CRM & workshop AGM)Cons -1. Cleaning was rushed (reported in feedback, they took care of it during follow-up checking)Overall, I really dont understand why there is so much negativity about Tata Motors service network. I would have given this particular workshop a full five star, but keeping it a four star till my next visit experience.Update -Recently I had a tire burst in an accident. Both the tire and pressure sensor got damaged. The replacement was done properly, the maintenance guys thoroughly checked if wheel was OK or not. The final charges were as per OEM rates. Hence, updating the score. Keep up the good work guys.

While most people talk about the hit or miss nature of Tata Motors service, T C Motors is mostly on the hit side. My service advisor Mr. Amritpal Singh knows a thing or two about cars and he never ever suggests any unnecessary work. He also provides an accurate estimate at the outset. They also dont push for a positive rating and review even though the CRM manager gets in touch after a couple of weeks to find out if the car is running properly. Frankly, I cant understand why Tata Motors service has a bad reputation. My experience across different service centres (including one in Jabalpur) has never been anything but excellent.

Extremely poor communication.. My rear tire is locked for some godforsaken reason.. I called them up and told them about this.. they arranged a tow car for me which came by the way. However, they were told that there is problem with my ignition and that my car is not starting.. not only did they fail to drop my car to the service centre because the rear tire is locked and they also charged Rs. 500/- for just coming here.. so all in all Im still stuck with the problem and have already spent Rs. 500..

One of the best tata authorized service center in respect to technical issues are concerned. Good cordial front office staffs and management. But the bodywork and washing is worst. Never do bodywork there and please monitor yourself while washing. They can damage any parts.

They are thieves. The take out Diesel from the car. When I gave my car it my car tank was full but they returned me the car with half tank. My clutch which was really smooth they made it purposefully hard and told me to repair it. Never ever believe them if they are telling you that this part is faulty and needs to be replaced rather to check it from other garage for a confirmation. My worst experience.

This is a new TATA Authorized Service Centre that has come up in Rajarhat. Its clean and has a lot space to accommodate a large number of cars. The service bays are multi-floored and lifts are in place to take vehicles to the upper floor. My first visit impression to get my car services was a good one
