The problem is that they charged me 8000 for full wiring of r15 v2 and they promised me that there will be no problem,but after i change my wiring ,there were the same problem. I suggest you to go to normal mechanics who has the experienceThanks me later..after all those,they dont have a simple parts available,,It took 2 month,but still parts doesnt arriveSo it was overall a really bad experience.But now am happy cause the roadside mechanics fixed all the issue.. and its running perfectly..I dont wanna ruin any others dream..So choice is yours.

A very good service center. I have been here a couple of times, and the overall service and behaviour of everyone has been very good.

Firstly I would like to tell that the servicing they provided to my bike yamaha FZS is of very poor quality. Shockers not working properly and engine performance lowered after getting service from there. I had changed many parts there. They pretend to be very professional but trust me guys their behavior is worst mostly by the owner of the service centre. I will not recommend any yamaha bike owners to go there and get service there. 👎

Service done here fantastic, parts are almost always available, if not, they make sure the parts get delivered within 10--15 days. Customer service is pretty and reliable technicians with no sense of cheating the customer.

Did full servicing today for my 3.5 years old FZ25. Reliable and neat work. They called me once servicing was completed which took around 5 hours because of the queue. They also did full diagnostic and provide us the report copy. Above all it is Yamaha authorised service centre.

Truly speaking,worst experience ever,I would recommend all customers to better to repair theirs vehicles outside service centres rather than repairing it here,the charging of the servicing is very high without covering the whole service of the vehicle excluding the charges in fittings,settings,etc. things which are essential for a two wheeler for their changes are charged separately including the thing which sought more problematic to me was despite of booking a service slot separately in the morning for my vehicle to repair,they gave an odd delivery time of my vehicle in the evening which is very irritating in itself,as a result the management is poor,dealing with customers is satisfactory,few servicemen are available to work,expensive costing for services,lack of space of the garriage and the servicing of the vehicles are too time consuming.Shocking is just they dont care about you and your vehicle, just here for business in looting customers money,thats all about it.If you service here,youre simply wasting your money without any changes in performances of your vehicle,better to repair outside at reasonable costs ensuring each and every coverages of the vehicle.

Small area, and very few technicians. They are good but the problem is they are not suitable with the system of service center. They cant explain properly the problems. The area is very near from Kavi nazrul metro station area, at the back side of the of metro station. The adjoining road is not good, the road need to be repaired.

I trust their service due to polite behaviour, after I gave them my bike to them for just replaced a part, they told it will take time, after 5hr I got my bike, also I got a big deep scar on my new bike tank body. A very pleasant experience is what I had here. A special mention of the Business head Mr Suhan Chowdhury is very polite and patient with his customer dealings. All are willing to help you through whatever process there is to go through.. Really nice.

First two three times they maintain their service quality and then they dropped the quality of service. I have done my vachile services many time it was impressive in first few times but now they have disappointed me by their service and management.Technicians are pretty good on their professionalism but management is very poor on their commitments which can disappointed.I will suggest them to -Increase workstations and Technician.Advanced equipments.Accept card payments and improve the billing system.Service Delivery need to improve.

Bad over the phone response, no pick up drop off service available

They are most likely thieves .I paid around 7k and wasted my 2 days to get the bike repaired(wiring work).They changed almost every small and big parts and I have given them the green signal to change whatever they feel to change to transform my bike in a better condition. Inspite of charging me around 7k after a week the bike goes to same condition moreover in worst condition than before.Friends it is my request to you all do not recommend your friends and families to this place.They are thieves.I will do a complaint of the same in Yamaha office and consumer forum about the same.

While i was getting my work done,another customer came in supposedly serviced last day, and complained of poor brakes after braking replacement. When they take your bike, they have one nature, when they deliver they have another. Not mentioned in Yamahas website. Fraudulent attitude

There infrastructure is very poor, technicians & mechanics are junior, except one. All works done by junior mechanics.

The best service center i have come across till date. Although it is new, and needs to organize itself a bit more, the people are very well-behaved and wel-mannered and are there to guide you in every possible way. Highly recommended.

Worst service i have ever seen in my 9 years of yamaha ownership.Gave my bike for an engine problem.. They fixed the problem but a lot of carelessness showed in the work.The next day , they could not even show me the parts that were changed . I highly doubt the genuinity of the terms and the service.The LED installed in my headlamp got damaged. The underbelly lights were also not working from the day of service.Absolutely dissatisfied.

Though i was satisfied the first time i went there for servicing my yamaha ray the second time i wasnt satisfied at all...i also had a talk to the owner directly and he assured me to look after the issue but till date he has taken no action and so i am really disappointed...i also have tvs ntorq and there after service feedback is too good...they frequently call after servicing and ask if there is any problm ...recently they also did my whole servicing for free as i had some after service problems...Yamaha garia infrastructure is also not upto the mark ...need more infrastructure and more than 2 technicians ....too much workload on the 2 technicians there though they are not bad

Changed the suspension oil cap and after 3days, it got broken again.They didnt offer any refund and charging for more to fix it again.Very bad service and felt cheated.The service centre is new and the mechanic is also not that much experienced and skillfull.Ill suggest for minor problems you can go to the service centre (Local bike mechanic are more preferable) but for major biking services, dont think of going there (you can visit this place at your own risk !! )Also another downside is that they dont accept any Card/ Cashless Transaction.

The number of staff members is quite low here.The biggest con is them not accepting any cards. Beware its a CASH only place.Also, the estimate while making the job sheet and the actuals vary a lot.So, not a highly recommended place.

Its only known as a service centre but when asked for a bike part they wanted me to order and get back to them after 20 days. Nothing is available as far as uncommon parts are concerned.

I went for my bike service on 30 th March. The bike needed major repairs for front break. The break is not functioning up to mark after 4 visits to the said service centre since March 30.
