Very dirty workplace, poor ventilation, ac provided for show. I was in the lounge from 10 am to 5pm for std. Servicing only. Regarding servicing. I had very good experience for each & every servicing. I visit only this centre but I am sorry to say I am disappointed now. Please improve your method of working.

It has always been a good experience,since my first car was Santro which was delivered by them in the year 2008-09,SainiHyundai showroom was under construction,till today they have maintained a very cordial relationship with their customers and their service personnels are very well trained.
I have purchased new santro Era Executive model 5days ago but theres a problem in cabin light.which was not working.I have contact this service centre and they send driver and within 15 min they solve the little issue and now all is ok...nice service nice behavior...sujjested ever Hyundai customer...

My son had very poor service experience.
I had booked a sevicing for my i10. At the time of booking i had not mentioned whether it was paid or free servicing.It was actually a free coupon servicing.Once i landed at the workshop i was outright refused a servicing on the grounds that coupon servicing was only done on sunday afternoons and that the free coupon servicing should have been mentioned at the time of calling.There is no intimation anywhere that coupon servicing cannot be done on a weekday. If this is the company policy then the executive should have told me so at the time of booking which was not done.To cut a long story short, the servicing was done after a scene had been created, not to forget that i am 71 years old.Your customer care executive, who claimed she was the manager requires retraining in dealing with customers especially elderly customers.Thank you saini hyundai for a horrible experience at the workshop.

I took my car to Saini Hyundai Service Centre, Mominpur, Kolkata today on 14.10.2020.After being made to wait for almost half an hour, finally I asked my advisor Mr. Santanu for a change of switches for opening/closing the driver’s window. However , after consultation with the proper mechanic, he said that the said part is unavailable. When I asked about the feedback form, his tone went rude and he cited lack of spares parts due to the COVID pandemic. He evidently got irritated and asked for over 5 hours time for a mere interior cleaning of the vehicle.This has happened a month earlier too, when I was forced to go to Hyundai Kalikapur Service Centre for a change of fuel filter.I understand the shortage of staff and overload on overworked labourers due to CORONA which is apparent from the stressed out condition of all the personnel at the workshop; but that is not a reason to be rude to customers. If sufficient amount of spares are unavailable, then why did customers like me get welcome notes to service centres in our mails after the lock down was over? And your employees wonder why we prefer outside service over Hyundai service centres.This kind of unprofessional behaviour is against the work ethics of Hyundai as a brand. If this continues, then loyal customers like me won’t think twice before opting other brands over Hyundai in the future.Angshool Mukherjee.
It was a sunday (11th oct 20) and though the service center opens at 9am, the store manager did not come on time.. We waited till 10.30 bt still the store manager dint show up so we could not get our service done as we needed to change the brake pad and so we had to go to a different service center
I thought I would never go back. But surprisingly Jayashree, Amitava, Mousumi, Kapil ensured that few people can change the overall game. You guys converted a detractor into recommender and now I am in the top list of NPS. Thanks for lovely come back. Mistakes are part of life but a true champion always gains back the glory. Good . Attentive towards customer. Poliet and dedicated. Waiting place was clean and comfortable. I really felt privileged. They took a bit longer than initial commitment. But it was okay for me as the decision of some repairing work was taken in the afternoon around 3 pm.

3 weeks back, beyond servicing while returning back home my i20 car was stuck and was not moving. There is a problem with clutch pad. In spite of highlighting the issue, they did nothing around that issue. Service center said they don’t have the required parts. I tried to follow up with them , but o response. Horrible experience.

The support staff are simply excellent. The listen to all your worries and questions deligiently. Not only do they try to.fix the problem to their best but they also escalate the matter when necessary to higher authorityhority for a proper solution. Believe me I have been through a problem very deeep into hyundai experience, and they have tacked it at professional best. Even if you have not bought your car from Saini,, definitely a place to go to for all your queries
I am rewriting the review after having experience of 2 month post servicing from this service center. Never ever visit this service center. I have spent 34000 rs and most of the work was not done by them whereas I was told they have done full check up. I am getting trouble every now and then. Those who are new do not visit this place as they can be fooled by the gentle behavior of the staff and management.

Pathetic experience there staffs are extremely non co-operative. I was there for my 3rd free service and I asked them for some repair works.. All works are incomplete, car wash not done properly, engine oil price is Rs. 1000/ expensive than same product in open market. Many free services works are not done propproperly. 6 hours taken to complete free service .I will not recommend any one to visit therethere.
Nice service area. They charge the exact price. All workers are having a proper dress code and excellent behavior. The road is narrow when you reach the service center . Anyways they service the car properly and clean it properly . The lobby where owners wait for their car is clean and tidy.

All service advisor are experienced and service quality very good
The worst service center. Do not have any proper estimation of cost and time. They always find unnecessary faults in you car even with regular service. If you disagree they will threaten you regarding major fault in near future and reduction of discounts. Recently I visited for regular checkup and they charge me Rs 12,000/- including Rs.9,000/- as labour charge They are very much helpful during free service and when they call you for paid service but their behaviour change once you enter the workshop for paid service. Ill never recommend this workshop for paid service.
Excellent hoapitality and value for money. The technicians are well trained and expert levels are exceptional. Any query or issues will be taken care beyond the customers satisfactory level. I have been there in several occasions with my Elite i20 and I am truly satisfied with the services.I am sure that the sevice level will continue good in future also.
