This is very good service centre..result is satisfactory.. they maintain social distancing, without Mask they wont allow any visitor.

I had dust in my cam so I asked them to replace the camera ornament because if they clean it, dust will enter again and again. But they replaced the lens with cheap ones. Now the pic comes even more blurry and whitewashed than before. Look at the image I attached. It looks so bad.

Dont know how they are trained, tech team is not having technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems. they are either too much casual or lack the expertise. once they get your consent to replace a part they do not give old replaced part back to you as per their policy. also MI should recheck their policy on phones in warranty.

Behaviour of staffs is friendly and welcoming. My issue with mi band 3 was resolved in minutes. People should visit this service center.

My problem was solved very fast.

The overall experience here was good..The center was clean and well maintained, staffs behavior were also good. No complains for all these. So, providing one star for it.Now, coming to the rest 4 stars, I took a Redmi Note 3 device to fix its calling feature. It was showing sim card not available (Radio Off). They suggested that the whole motherboard needs to be changed to fix the problem and they dont have the motherboard for the device due to stoppage of supply for any parts of the device. They also mentioned that the device became obsolete now and I should throw it away. Well, that didnt fix my problem. Hence, providing 0 star for the rest of the 4 stars.Conclusion from a customers point of view: A ₹12k MI device can be used for 3.5 years only.

This MI service center is really pathetic. It charges are very high. Just to clean the earphone speaker it is charging ₹ 450

Basically they are doing repairing business, all the problems you are having is out of warranty and you have to pay for that. Recent I visited the place for repairing of my one month old mi mobile costing of Rs.25000/- and they estimated an amount of Rs.10474/- for repairing of the same. Naturally, I hadnt agreed with their offer and collected the same from their end nearly after one month without repairing. Surprisingly, without investing not a single rupee the phone is running superb now. I dont have any idea about the miracle.

Lovely experience with the helpful and professional staff of this centre.Physical keys on my phone were stuck and not working. I got a quick repair done within warranty terms. The entire procedure from logging to delivery was very smooth and methodical.The centre was clean and followed all hygiene and distancing guidelines regarding Covid19.

I had problem with mi phone charger .they take more than a hour for a simple charger issueMany service center visited earlier but this service center is very poor.no facilities of santizeer.They unnecessary wait you for long.And they are very lazy

They advised me to discard my phone they said it will cost 8500/- but I repaired from my local reparing center paying just 1500/- and it is working

Even theifs are better than this place,they loot you and also blame you .If i had a option to rate in -100,i would gladly do that and their employees they are cherry on the cake,worst experience better you should go and learn how to repair first.

I am using Redmi Note 5 pro..on 13/06/2020 my phones display got problem ( phone is running but there is no display at 5.30pm) I used another device to find service center of MI and called but no response over phone, then I reached the service center on 6pm. After inspection they told me display damage,cost 2772/- . after confirmation they do the job within 7pm . I got my phone. So in my case I found service very fast but I will cost high. Behaviour of front office executive was very nice and helpful. But one thing I found very bad( not related to service) they did not take care of indoor plants in their own office.

Not happy with their service. I went few days back for headphone jack port not working. They directly asked me to change the port without checking anything and estimated cost was 1000/-. I came back home then clean the port with spirit. It is working fine now.Really unhappy with their unprofessional behavior.

Very very worst service center. Im very disappointed about their technical department, all the technician staff bogus, their no have good technical experience. Long time waiting (2 hrs) then delivered the handset. After 3 times repaired the handset not thoroughly checked, as usual same.Then I was repairing my Redmi7 handset of road side local mobile service center, they was solved my issue.👎👎
