Worst experience.BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT VISIT !Went for paid service of my Swift VXI 2012 model on 08th April 2018.I will never visit them again and urge people to not to use their service.1. I was using full synthetic engine oil. But during this service they changed the engine oil with MGO mineral oil without even asking me about the previous oil. During payment I asked about the engine oil to which the manager replied they only have mineral oil in stock hence they used it. This is a gross mistake they made with my car. Shifting back to mineral oil from synthetic oil is not at all recommended.2. The mechanics were very young and obviously LESS EXPERIENCED. I was having some issue with braking. Sometimes the brake pedal gets jammed. The mechanics told me their is no issue in the brake and the jammed pedal I am experiencing is due to the use of hand brake (immobilizer) during parking. I stopped using immbolizer as per their suggestion and still facing the brake issue.3. For a charge of Rs 850 as service charge they just cleaned the spark plug, changed the engine oil & filter and washed the car only. They refused to check anything else which is necessary during any service.4. They also did not provide any GST invoice as they were not registered for GST yet (10 months after GST got implemented) instead the manager gave a hand written cash memo with applicable GST charges.

Very bad experience, all parts are local, given hand bil not mentioned gst, this service station like road side garage.
