They dont have time to listen customer problem.May business is high, no matter customer issue.Brand name is enough. Very bad experience I had faced. I dont want to specify amy name.

They have done horrible servicing for my mothers car. The battery contacts were never cleaned and the dying battery was not intimidated to the customer. Moreover upon a dipstick check it was found that the only half the required quantity of coolant was used. Will never take the car for servicing again at this place

Mr Sovan and his team of mechanics are nothing more than robbers. Theyll rob you out, and charge a fortune for some petty services amd body work. Not recommend, awful customer service and they over charge. Not good behavior, totally disappointing and extremely rude and . The worse service centre regarding Maruti NEXA. MR sovan is terrible

Machino Techno Darga Road workshop tries to play big brother ... But when they face a tough & demanding customer thats when they come to terms. Time to grow up if they want to survive. I doubt whether they use any SOP to diagnose technical problem ... Rather they go by hunch & try to keep the customer in dark. Spares availability is an issue. The only good thing is they serve tea & coffee to their customers.

Pathetic service, just for windshield replacement they have kept the car for the 6th day now and still not able to fix it.The GM seems not aware of anything what is going on ground.The regional head of Maruti is also not in a position to help.I requested to take my car in the condition it is and they are not allowing that and cannot fix the issue also.

They take care for the right repairing/maintenance of the car. I have no Complaint about their performance.

1st. Time visit. Welcome is good, only servicing done. But missed to inform the is ready. One thing is pretty good, that is the location of the service centre. Communication after depositing the car is easy.

Pretty awful experience. There is a man, slim one, who appears to be some head or something. He doesnt know how to behave and what to do. Had to wait and stand there more than an hour just because I requested him to send some technician to look after my car after 15 minutes of waiting. Would never suggest anyone to go there. 👎

Some were between the ssrvice you will feel its very very expensive, not material bit service charge also.I dont know how but maruti authorised service parts reseller sell consumeable at a cheaper price than you guys.Seriously maruti should look into it .I own two maruti cars but i could feel the hard pinch which you all give when i bring my car to you guys. Simple wheel allignmemt is double what mrf or ceat people charge.I go to mrf now they charge 220 all inclusive, plus you get 4 months time reallignShame on you guys what you all charge.I think i will send one mail also to maruti regarding this unreasonable charges you all take.

The servicing done here is very poor especially the paid service.the cars are not washed properly even shampoos are not apllied to clean the stains of the car.the battery of the car is not checked thoroughly.the wheel alignment is done quite forcefully and the tragic part is they dont have air to fill the tyres for the wheel balance.so you can understand what type of work is done there.the oil is changed but they will not let you know what category or brand they have applied in ur engine.but they charge u a premium!

I have been doing servicing for my car for last six years. Servicing is good, I personally recommend Subhraneel Chatterjee. He is too good, recommend what you need rather not to pressurize. However, their body shop is not good, they are not so professional. They can linger their jobs, so you need to follow up on regular intervals.

This is an authorized car service garage for Maruti Suzuki. It is location is convenient and has easy access. Internally it needs lot of improvements for customer friendly facilities and proper driveways.

If you buy lubs for your car make sure they gives you not from barrel, they used ordinary synthetic lubs from barrel which is more cheaper but going to bill you very high rates. Better you buy your favourite brands synthetic lubs and ask them to use it.

I am very much desatisfied after my first service. I have also mede anti rust coating at that time. The center totally failed coat properly dry. They also damage my car in various spot. They also exchange my new weel cover with a damage one. Do not clean the car properly. Overall exercise is not satisfactory at all. Trying to avoid this service center.

Maruti Authorized big workshop, but they dont have plenty of sitting space for the owners. They also take a very long time to do the servicing. I came here twice for free servicing, but my problem is not fixed properly whatever I had told them at the first servicing. So not happy too much. Every time they only tried to pull money from your pocket by saying that this parts needs to be changed and etc. It might be good for somebody but not for me.
