Stuffs behaviour is Good, I went there to remove dents and applying paints and they did it pretty well. But after 4-5 days One doors bidding was pop out and one doors central locks connection was loose which they fixed later but it was a hassle for me.

My experience is very bad. Delay in service and not satisfactory

My service was general maintenance and brake shoe replacement. However the wheel alignment and balance done by them was not proper and I had to spent 1200 to get it done from Ceat. The Engine light was still ON after doing all the checks. Went to Hyundai service center and got that fixed too, AC sensor had an issue.Another thing I noticed, when I went for service my car oil indicator was at 3 bars(12 litres) and when I went to get my vehicle it was at 1 bar. Which means in 2 days, sitting at service center my car has consumed 6 - 8 litres of petrol or 90 - 100 km of distance(Eon fuel econoy is 15kmpl).Distance from my home to the service center is 7 kms.Mentioned the issue with the owner and showed the picture of the fuel gauge clicked by him at the time of inspection however he has no clue what has happened.Quite obvious my fuel was stolen. In short, will never visit again.

Pathetic service. Sent my car to this service center for a regular maintenance and ac servicing. My car ac was running just fine but during the day time the cooling was not upto the limit so asked the srlervice buddy to check the ac during the service. To which after repeated attempts from my side to know the problem the diagnosis was that the compressor had a problem and needs to be repaired to which I agreed. Then after a day or two I was informed that the compressor cannot be repaired instead needs to be changed as it is damaged. So the suggestion was to replace it with a second hand one because a new one would be very expensive. The fact which surprised me was that if the ac was working fine so how can it be damaged. So I refused to do the job and asked to get the car back. After getting the car back, whatever cooling was happening it just stopped and instead it was like a hot blower. So I decided to crosscheck with my authorised service center & to my surprise they said there wasnt any problem only the gas top would do as the compressor was just fine. So guys be very careful about this kind of situation and the service buddy is just a middle man who dont evn bother to check the car. These people are very irresponsible . I am just sharing my horrible experience.

The Garage is advanced in terms to the location & even the people seems truly good in behaviour. Service even though I have not taken many yet whatever I got resembles the dedication of the mechanics & Service staff.

They are the partener for GoMechanic. GoMechanic sent the car here for my work order.

GoMechanic sales person is good but unfortunately the issue of my car is not solved. The technician s are only capable of general servicing not for any critical issues.

Im really glad that I thought of getting my car serviced at the GoMechanic workshop at Madhyamgram, Kolkata. All the guys working there know their stuff and they are very polite, humble and respectful. I would anyday recommend GoMechanic to anyone who wants to get their car serviced.

Takes too much time and money

I have opted for a standard service for my car. and i drove my car to there loknath motors workshop. i was present there throughout the entire process. but my experience was bad. Here i am writing what i have noticed about their cons. 1) Before booking my service they have committed that they will provide Mobil engine oil. but instead of that they actually provided Shell helix hx6 5w30 AH 3ltr jar. which is not available in standard outside market. 2) They have provided unbranded air filter where no company name was written. but that looks similar to mgp. 3) standard service includes engine scanning. but they cant provide scanning. they said currently they dont have that scanner and they were trying to convince me that my car dont need scanning as it has no such visible problem seen. where usually gomechanic charges 599 for engine scanning. and they did not compensate for not scanning my car. 4) car washing and cleaning was not up to the mark as there were so many water marks left after the service. i myself have to order them that please clean those water marks , clean windshield properly. 5) lastly my fog lamb bulbs were fused. so i have told them to change the bulb. they did that. but they have charged me 640 rupees for just two normal local Jagan brand h8 12v 35w halogen bulb with holder. whether the whole fog light assembly price is 500 then how only 2 bulbs of that costs 640 ? after arguing from sometimes the service buddy Arindam told me that he is giving me 40 rupees discount and i have to pay 600 for those two bulbs. i denied and told them to remove those bulbs and minus the amount of bulb and adjust the final bill. and they adjusted the final bill which is good. yesterday i went to my local garage and bought those two fog light halogen bulb for only 200. go mechanic was charging me 440 rupees more than the actual price of bulbs.pros :- Their technicians were friendly and cooperative.conclusion:- they need to improve their quality otherwise people wont go for gomechanic loknath motors. as per my suggestion people can go there for simple car service. but if any one want more job other than normal car service then i wouldnt recommend that place.

Very unreliable very very much if you care about your life and your loved ones please spend good money and do it from some other places rather than LOKENATH MOTORS.They have no Idea of what can be the problem with your car. My car went 5 times into their workshop because they cant do a proper job, now my car is stuck in BT.COLLEGE more with mechanic because they did such a good job my car broke down 2nd time in 3 days after repairing it for 5th time from LOKENATH MOTORS.They charged more than 80+K with GST.NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
