Common car showroom of Nissan & Datsun.Well decorated, good quality staff.Timely delivered our Nissan Magnite .. Two different entry gates for Car at different times due to traffic rules.

Stuffs are good but ambiance of the place and parking is not good at all. I really think if it can be in some good place with adequate space for showcase the car then more customers will have confidence to go ahead.

Nissan is wow... After visiting innumerable showrooms, Im finally booking my car here... The new Kicks is mind blowing... Nd the night shade colour is adding to its beauty... I loved its each and every feature... This is gonna kick your adrenaline for sure...

Specific appreciation: The attending sales staff first quizzed us about our vehicle usage and driving requirements, accordingly recommended product variant. Explained all aspects including commercial.The staff had the killer instinct typical of vehicle salespersons, but stuck to facts.The showroom felt small and stuffy.Overall experience was good. Limitations of manufacturer is, however, a different matter.

The experience was very good at the showroom. The sales personnel was very cooperative and eager to show the car I was looking for. He explained all the details and expected delivery period.

Size of the showroom is very small. They cannot accommodate much cars for display in here. Also there is parking problem. You have to park at the backside of the premises through it shouldnt be an issue. The security guards are very helpful.The showroom staffs are very helpful and well mannered.

Their services were excellent. You would find all the models from Nissan and Datsun over here. And their sales team is way more knowledgeable than any other brand. They explained me each and everything in detail and devoted a lot of time as well.

This is the biggest datsun and nissan showroom in kolkata, the staff members are helpful and courteous but many of them lack knowledge. also they have severe man power crisis and so time bound promises are regularly faultered.

Very warm welcoming and friendly staff always ready to help with a smile.Previously I was a bit sceptical to go for kicks as very few Nissan cars are seen on road but after visiting the showroom twice and taking to Arnab really boosted my confidence and I booked kicks cvt model.Its a great car one would not be able to know until one drives it.Thanks to all the Autorelli Nissan staff specially Arnab Tikadar and Arpita Chatterjee, it was really a grrat experience for me.

Only Nissan showroom in Kolkata I believe. Little cramped in space but customer service is good.Also worth mentioning that it also has the Datsun showroom in the same place.

Hello all,On 17th December 2020 my father has booked a car Nissan Magnite XV Non turbo , Brown Color. The sales executive told that the vehical shall be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks . However as on today 25th January 2021 there was no update . The sales executives are not at all reliable. After getting no proper replies I have escalated the issue to sales manager , He told me over phone that we will surely get my car delivered by 1st week of feb . However I received the mail from there CRM that it will be delivered by 4th week of feb +/- 2 weeks.The dealer and there sales executives donot even bother to inform. I called them daily and followed up like hell. I am literallly tired of following up. From 18th I have stopped contacting them after the receipt of mail which they sent as I asked them too send.RegardsSuvranil Kundu

Worst behavior. I was going to buy a Redi Go but i delayed because I got a hint that they were trying to fool me. On enquiring more, I found Mohan Motors Datsun (new alipore) and realised autorelli was asking 36k extra. I cancelled my booking and they were on the verge of spitting out mild slangs to us. After much Harassment I got my booking amount after 1month but they deducted 50% of it. Very bad staff.

Service has to be improved alot.
