Hi all,I have been their customer for years, however i recently had a bad experience regarding PUC.There is a staff member whose pic i have posted who refused to accept digital documents stating that it is not allowed. when i told him that is not the case, he started arguing and harassing me and refused service.I finally got my PUC done from mahamayatala (without showing any documents). i went back to prove that documents are not required for pollution testing, they started making excuses about bs3 and bs4 and accused me of providing fake documents.next i showed them that i had got a PUC from them for the same vehicle last year. when confronted, the staff got angry and tried to tear up the old document.please see the related videos and images. I would suggest all to avoid this place till they learn how to behave. there are other testing centres nearby. I have lodged a formal complaint with the rto.Please note that a pollution testing centre is not supposed to ask you for physical documents or phone number. It is not mandatory. I think they make illegal copies of your documents and are involved in illegal data collection.If you have faced a similar situation from any other testing centre, please dont hesitate to complain.

You can do Pollution check, wheel alignment, fill tyre with nitrogen or purchase tyre even. Staffs are well behaved.

Since Gst is being charged a GST bill should be given.

Quick and convenient for mandatory PUC. They open early in the morning. So you can obtain your PUC before leaving for office. The space is little constrained. But if it wonderfully located right beside main road. Overall nice experience.👍🏻

On the way to Mahamayatwla from Garia Sitalama mandir. Efficient workers nice behaviour, preferable place for pollution testing wheel alignment work. Nitrogen gas is also available. Tire replacement work also done by them. They will remind you before expiry of your cars PUC certificate so no worry about any traffic case regarding PUC.
