Kutchina chimney not working. Service is extremely poor. The service center cannot provide any service. I USED it for only 1and half years. I am forced to buy chimney from another brand as no service is being provided incase of chimney not working.

Well decorated showroom for chimney & household utensils.In our kitchen using kutchina vogue-which is quite good under 20k budget.

Very bad experience. Untrained staff comes for servicing and the user has to provide them with all the cleaning materials. Service guy who came to my house for servicing kutchina chimney instead of doing good to it, he took out the shine of the chimney.

They are very active n cooperative till the final payment is made. After that their response detoriates remarkably.
