Best place for repair car. Experience technician.

I help you all by sharing my own experience at so and so places. I also give honest experience about the place and always trying to uplift with a constant pursuit in trying to make it a lucrative one for you all but return i dont even get a penny then what is the point in updating these experiences. In India we dont have jobs. So I thought that if i share my own experience about the place to Google then I would get some money for survival but it seems you dont care. I dont know how to end this. All i want to say is it not important to help somebody who help you genuinely.

I went for first service of my MG Hector. Very much pleased with their work. Technicians and service advisors and the managers were knowledgeable. Very happy as of now contrary to my experience with the sales person in the showroom

Good place if you get the right people. Reasonable priced. Do not expect your local mechanic charges. Does all kind of service for Maruti cars. Car body work is good. Worth giving a try if you have not heard of it before.

It is not authorised service center. I used to get all my services through them previously. They have the expertise and gave good attention to my car. Felt that I was not over charged.

Great Service Experience

Service is good, very fast response. They are very honest about the estimated time to service the car and to complete it within the estimated time. However, the hydraulic and the pumps/sprayers look old. But to sum it up, it a good service centre.

DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS THOUGH!! The Servicing is WORST. Heres why :- (3 times and we have experienced the SAME)1. We had to wait for more than an 2 hours to get our car washed.2. The car washing people comes late all the time and once they reach they start quarreling among themselves by using filthy languages in front of the senior and customers and none of them are bothered about it.3. They never drive and check the car properly and what they do at the end of the day is put a tick on all the options that are there on the doc WITHOUT even checking. This is AWEFUL.4. At the end of every servicing all they do is call and ask for good ratings. They are only bothered about RATINGS and nothing AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.Me and my family will NEVER refer anyone to you guys. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Maruti Suzuki service center

This service centre is no more a Maruti authorities services centre from 5th January 2019. Use to provide good quality service.

The place is the repair shop of Auto Hi Tech. The showroom is at Rabindra Sarobar Stadium crossing on Southern Avenue. The mechanics are always busy but the body shop work done is not always up to the mark. A damaged front light assembly was patch worked when it was claimed for insurance, when it should have been replaced. I have had better service quality at other MS Service Stations. Okayish.

Possibly the worst Maruti service center in Kolkata. Service Advisors are lazy salesmen. Their only intention is generating revenue for the company irrespective of your car needs those parts or not.Most of the cases they show sheer negligence in work and not at all customer centric. They never look into the problems by driving the car. Once they delivered me the car with leaking engine oil and once with a leaking gear box. Once they fixed an used spark plug in my almost new under warranty car. But at the end, they repeatedly nag for a 10/10 rating.Avoid this place at any cost.

Its a Maruti Suzuki authorised service centre.It is a good place to service your four wheeler. But from end of December, 2018 it will not be a maruti authorised service centre. Engineers here are highly trained and experienced

This is the best place for Maruti car servicing. But the roads are very narrow and hard to find the exact location

The service is good and officers are also very friendly. The waiting lounge for customers is very comfortable. But as a huge rush come in weekends specially, It takes long times for servicing.

Good professional service engineers, but bills are always at higher side even for veteran/loyal customers

Had a poor experience while buying second hand car. Financial transactions are not transparent. Be careful when negotiating and always ask for a official breakdown figures. They will try to avoid. Finally after completion of the transaction you will find that you have been charged wrongfully,and cheated. Management will never answer your questions or email.

We bought our Maruti Swift from Auto Hitech hence send our car for repair here only, although its quite far away. The location can get to your nerves. Extremely narrow lanes. The staff are exactly like a government office. Same with the office culture. They get the car job done & thats about it.

An authorised Maruti Service Centre, this place is on CN Roy Road, Picnic Garden, in a populated area of the city. This place can ba approached from Ballygunge Phari, through Bondel Road and the other end is from Panchannagram on the EM By-pass. Once inside the Workshop, the place offers a cool customer lounge with hot beverages, a TV set and newspapers to keep one occupied as the car gets the mechanics attention. Workmanship is decent and charges are moderated as promised by Maruti.

This is Maruti workshop. They are professional and good mannered. But as on today (16.05.2019), I request everybody to enquire about the status of their business activities. May be they are closing down their repair shop.

Run of the mill service centre with no specific areas of excellence. Not bad. But will probably keep looking for better options.

They provide the best as reliable service to my car, commitment to time and with a relaxing lounge with a view on how your car is looked after.

There are few supervisors who really understand the car. Service is reasonably good.

They are the worst when you are purchasing 2nd hand cars from them. Post purchase they will make you cry and will make you feel regret why you did a business with them. I purchased my car in July. And this is December, Im yet to get my smart card. The sales executives and their managers are liars. Big bloody liars.

They are not working transperantly for servicing or repairing vehicle at their workshop at tiljala and also not so caring for cleanlyness of vehicle in time of delivery as it was happened in one of my brothers case in my presence.

During 2nd service, got a bitter experience. Advace bookings made on11/3/16 for 12/3/16 at 10.30am and they told that maximum time will be 3hrs. But till waiting.......already crossed 3and half hours, though reached at sharp 10.30am.
