Really nice terrace with beautiful garden.The service was a bit absent after our first order. We had to go to the bar to pay in order to leave since they didnt come back to us.Also, the big problem was with the mosquitoes. 1.5 hours spent there and I had my body filled with mosquito bites, same for my cousin.I believe they should start using some solution against mosquitoes.

The place is very nice, it is also baby friendly, having a big playground outside. The terrace has a lot of green spaces. The food is also very tasty. The customer service could be improved, at least in the playground area. Over all, a good place to hang out with or without children.

Part of the food was undercooked and some of the order never came. We waited for an hour and reminded the staff twice. It was hard getting anyone to pay attention so we can order. After we called a member of staff and waited 15 minutes for him to walk around the other tables he told us we just need to have patience if we want to takj to him.

Prices are ok.- We waited a very long time (>30 min) for someone to pick up our order and then again some time to receive it (not even the drinks were brought fast). They had an event inside and they were only 3 girls serving inside and at the garden, 2 of them were new. Hope they’ll manage their staff better, because it was not ok.

The Hashtag Pub is a very cozy place, with good burgers and ribs. The variety of products on the menu will satisfy all tastes and the food is really nice. The soups are interesting too, depending on your taste. The pub is quite hidden from the main street, you will find it behind a communist apartment block. A nice location for a casual date, an outing with friends or dinner with your parents. However, the service is not always very fast, so prepare your patience.

The food was ok-ish but the service was really bad. We waited 25 minutes for just our drinks, after asking for it 3 times, and in the end, I went myself and got the drinks. The chicken from the burger was almost burned, yet the other dishes were ok.The location is pretty but the service and the waiters were a bit hostile.

Had a really unpleasant experience here, customer service and staff were terrible. I went to Hashtag together with a group of 13-14 people on a Thursday and the terrace was absolutely packed, a lot of people. When I asked the waiter if he could arrange a table for 15 people he made me feel unwelcome and gave me a bad look from the very first moment, rolled his eyes over and instantly refused helping me. After I insisted and asked if we can stay inside the restaurant he said something like “ok ok, whatever I will try”. Then after we all sat at the table we had to wait more than 25 minutes and ask all the staff running around with food if somebody can get our order for drinks, they were all saying “I am busy now, ask a colleague”. This is a really bad attitude. The next thing, after we order drinks, they came at the same time as the food, 30 mins later. Absolutely terrible experience. The restaurant is really understaffed, and the waiters did not go through any customer service skills training. I do not recommend wasting your time at this place! The food is great though, you are better off ordering their food at home ( takeaway ).

I kind of have mixed feelings about this place. On my visit they were short-staffed. Initially we were seated at a table and after 20 minutes or so in which time no waiter came to take the order, we were asked to move because that table was reserved. We moved to a different table but cleaned the table ourselves. Had to find our own menus. After we finally ordered it took a long time to even get the drinks. Food came maybe an hour later. In the end they messed up the bill, some items were missing and other were added (the ones from the customers at the table before us, the one we cleaned ourselves).On the plus side, diavola pizza was really tasty and the jalapenos cheese balls were amazing.

Exceptional!

The venue is very nice for families, as they have the small playground.... however, very bad maintained and the staff a bit unprofessional and rude. One of the waiters told us that there is no table available even though it was one or two right near the playground. Another waiter told us that is too far and the service is too slow in that area thats why his colleague told us that is busy. Hmmm.... really? Thats the Romanian style of customer service or maybe the salaries are too small?!

Great food and drinks, but the service is pretty slow. Also the prices are quite high. All in all it is worth at least a visit. Maybe after my next visit I will change the review. Well have to see.P.S.: you have to try the houses lemonade!

One of the worst experiences Ive had in Bucharest ever.When I arrived they told me that a menu book wont be available due to corona virus pandemic so I had to scan a QR code in order to access a greyscale text only menu.Finally ordered two professional wannabe dishes for which I had to pay luxury prices.Don waste your time and money by going here. Worst food and big prices.Totally dont recommend this place. Wont come back here anymore.

Went to a company party here. Everything was excellent: friendly staff, great food, very good DJ who managed to keep us entertained all night, pleasant room. It turned out to be one of the best company parties we had in the last 10 years, and the pub surely contributed to this.

A mouth watering experience. One of the best burgers Ive ever had. Tasty and by association… yummy! It was delicious, full of flavor, the meat was cooked to perfection and succulent. The place is decorated in a scandinavian theme, simple with a modern feel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Well Ive been eating and drinking at this place for some time. It has some of the greatest burgers in town and in the summer the outdoors tables are a pleasure to drink at. 10/10 would hamburger again.

Good Firehouse burger.

The main reason I visited was for the burgers and their famous cheesecake and they didnt disappoint.The ingredients were good quality, there was a misunderstanding regarding our side but it was solved rapidly.The waiter was a little bit fuzzy, not so much welcoming.Beside that the music was kinda loud.Overall, the place has a nice design and the light is warming.

The burgers here are delicious! They also have other food options but they specialize in burgers so you should give them a try. The place is located on a side street so its quiet. They have a small garden and the interior is very stilish. Better to make a reservation before going there.

We benefited from an offer 1+1 for some burgers and on top of that we took the dips. Food came within the eta. The burger was medium sized, consistent with good meat, but too dry as it was too well done and also the dressing not enough for our tastes. It came with a very small red cabbage salad box (same as the mayo one) and a medium bag of wedges - quite good potatoes. The dips were good, muhamara quite different than the one we had in lebanese restaurants and closer to ajvar actually, with 4 strips of tasty pita. With the offer, the overall price-quantity-quality ratio was fine, but otherwise 37 ron for the burger with sides and 27 for the dips with the 4 strips that you have to carefully fragment would be too much considering quality and also alternatives in Bucharest. Will give it 4 stars for the offer and the good points.

Went here to eat a lava cake and I was amazed by the beauty of the place itself with a lot of natural decorations. It has couple things designed for children to play. You can stay both inside and outside. Good food.

Its a chill place to be. They have great food, open air and also protection against the rain.The music is present, but on a slow mood.You have a central fountain which makes things relaxed.Went with 12 frienda and surely will come back.

I personally dislike chairs that are not soft, but I think im the only one who cares about that anymore 😂. They also have good cocktails, its worth trying more of them... The food is great. Possibly one of the best burgers in town but not only burgers. And the place itself is very nice. However the services are lame. Long waiting times just to get someone to bring a menu (if smbd comes), not friendly staff. The place could be so much more populated and popular if only the waiters would be more proffesional and friendly. Quite a shame actually. The review comes after more than one visit.
