Extremely Upset with such a reputed electronics retailer. Bought a 335 LTR LG refrigerator on 15th August 2021. Accomplished Sales men took care of the Sales. Were promised about a quicker delivery. Received an sms from Blue Dart stating that the item will be delivered on Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday on my multiple visit to the store and follow up over calls , the reasons of non delivery was attributed to Blue Dart and Muharram and Rakhi, without any ownership on Cromas end.Today Is Monday, 23rd Aug. Someone calls and conveys that it will be delivered by Tuesday/Wednesday.With the culture they have set now, I now expect a call on Tuesday/Wednesday with another excuse on a delayed delivery.Utterly disappointed.

Recently I have purchased a hp laptop from here. The staff are busy in selling. But there is no technical assistance. Always busy to sell software warranty or something like that. Anyhow trying to sell the product. Within one week facing some technical issue no support from here.

Ive bought a LG refrigerator from this Croma showroom just after a few days of its opening. Theyve a good collection of electronic appliances to choose from. Mr. Amit Roychowdhury, a sales executive, helped me a lot to choose a perfect refrigerator that fullfil my needs. Actually Ive encountered with an address related problem for the delivery of the product. But Mr. Amit and Subhash really helped me that time and resolve the delivery related issue. But Im very much disappointed with the floor manager over there. I didnt get his name but he was very rude and unprofessional. I must say hes not at all customer friendly.I have my trust with Croma and will visit again very soon.
