I feel really disgusted and had to rate low due to pathetic after sales service and incorrect ledger. I almost got heart attack after checking my ledger in the portal. It is showing my payment due for possession dated december, 2019 where it is still under construction. Also it is showing huge interest pending. However, I have always made my payment on time. The query I raised in the portal is also remains unattended for 48 days.

Do not deserve even 1 star.After sales service is pathetic.Even after making full payment you wont get posession. Every time they will ask for some additional charges which is not even in agreement. They will deliberately share invoice late and and claim interest for those day. If you raise any complain, will not get any resolution for months.And your call will not be answered by srijan executives they are busy.

I never thought of receiving such horrible post sales service . Right from fallacious interest charging to construction issues ( many services not provided as promised ).After several months of phone calls and mail communications they accepted the errors on their part regarding faulty interest charging issues only verbally , no assurance of waiving off is yet delivered officially though weeks passed. So the anxiety and headaches still prevail.After buying such expensive property is it not unfortunate to have such troubled experiences? This proves that the estate companies provide only a buttery smooth selling service but post sales services definitely needs huge improvement or else the popularity will be at stake.

Really the view of the city is amazing 👏 and the area is pleasent the people are also very friendly just worth it🥰🥰😍.

One of the best residential complex in that area. The best part is the groups doing this project. Apart from the entry gate which is very mush congested, i cannot find any flaw till now. Staffs are cordial and responsive.

I myself booked a flat on 11/03/2019 .everyone from the sales team, management,accounts staff, as far as I know they all are very co-operative and helpful. Even I called on holidays and got the answer from them . So dont be panic when you see the negative comments. I can assure you that ETERNIS is a very good project along with the good construction quality. For those of you who havent booked yet book soon.So dont delay make your dream come true.ALL IS WELL.

The location and construction are not very bad. The low rating I give is due to pathetic after sales service. I have never seen such unprofessional and rude customer support team. They refuse to respond to emails or phone calls. In fact, they do not provide even a receipt of payments made which they misuse later to put spurious interest rates on the amount due. Irrespective of being a reputed company their response seems very shady.

It is very painful to express the actual experience, but I have faced it so many times. The behaviour of the staff are very rude, unprofessional. Thay do not recognise any customer after the booking. I went their several times to see a ready flat but they donot recognise any time. Thay only know how to collect money from the customer. When ever I call and anything ask they just hold the phone for unlimited time. This type of unprofessional attitude is not expected from a Brand like Srijan.

Pathetic after sale service. I never write negative feedback in public forum. This is the 1st time I am writing because this is not expected from Srijan. Authority should know about this painful customer support team. Forget about call back, they don’t even receive calls in office hrs. I am writing this based on my 6month experience with them. For small things I contact managers & AGMs, then only I get a solution. But why? I am very disappointed with this after sale support.

A residential project on NH 6, jessore road, Doltala near Birati and Airport.

Many hidden conditions , staffs are extremely unprofessional and rude , be very careful when u r thinking of investing , I am experiencing myself , once u book the property they bombard u with emails for demanding payment before time and when u visit the property , they dnt recognise you anymore .Visited Eternis today , extremely disappointed with the experience and behaviour of the staff there , I have already booked 2 units with Eternis and I am living currently in a ps Srijan property as well , I live in USA and recently got married and took my wife to show our investment and future home but we felt very unwelcomed , no one approached us , no one even cared that we were there , we had to insist many times to them to atleast explain or take us to an apartment which is ready to b shown , after requesting so many times they sent someone with us who had no idea abt the property , people didn’t even looked at our faces , it was very embarrassing in front of my wife and a close frnd who owns a flat in majhergaon madhyamgram who wanted to invest in Eternis and had visited Eternis earlier .i would not recommend this after today’s experience.as per their reply I have emailed srijan care many times but they dnt care , what a shame

Pathetic service, location is good but equaly polluted and noisy location, and jessore road couldnt b any more broad in future, locality is too crowded and dirty, full of footpath shop all around, peoole working there are very unlrofessional

I own one srijan property in Kolkata ,i even had a visit before regarding the same but I was shocked by the behaviour of the staff ,they hardly bother to even talk to you,I am interested in buying another one but after visiting eternis and the response of the people there I must say that probably I would never prefer buying a ps srijan property again ,there are lot of good projects coming in Kolkata ,would not recommend it to anyone .

My detailed views about this project(myself booked one):1. Location: just beside Jessore road, close to airport/ belghoria expressway/ some hospitals/ local market/ entertainment zones , good communication facilities ( cannot comment on the advertised future metro station).... however higher traffic is expected because of the ongoing road works and proximity to airport.....one of the best projects in North Kolkata in terms of location.2. Facilities: Gated community with pretty much of the facilities provided in luxury projects plus the shopping complex on first and second floors should be a big plus for the flat owners as well as local community (Maintenance charges are expected to be on the higher side)....reasonably good facilities with expected high maintenance charges.3. Planning and Construction: 824 flats in 13 blocks(G+11) (approx 3500 people) might seem on the higher side for some people ....but since it is spread on 345 cotthas/5.7 acres it might not appear that congested; most of the flats are either east or west facing ( cons for most people wanting south facing rooms) , wont be able to comment on airflow across flats (upper floors should not have any problem)...this is supposed to be a green project with reasonable greenery(mango trees and others as advertised) and one natural water body within the campus....construction of most of the blocks have started/some on the verge of completion...... good utilization of space. However quality of construction needs to be better.4. Value for money: The base rate is slightly higher than the base rates. However it should be value for money in terms of both immediate and future investment.5. Reliability: not sure about this oneThree stars from my side ⭐⭐⭐

I lived near doltala chowk, building has been constructed really well but only problem is when you go to buy their manager will say all flats is booked only top floor 1 flat is still on sale, else you can book on next block which will be constructed in next 3-4 years.

Eternis is being made by Srijan group and in collaboration with PS Group. Both are renounded in eastern India. I know about Srijan and they are really good builder and provided quality products. The area is as such very good, but not a very high posh area. Doltala is a reasonable area with few good projects around such as Fortune City, Srijan Midlands etc. Most interesting thing is bus stop and bazar is just out side the project. It is on the Jessore road. Hope to see improvement on Jessore road particularly at this place. Madhyamgram is near and Barasat as well. Not saying anything about metro station as I do not when that will be completed. Project seems very good with all modern amenities and well planned. It is a big one with about 900 flats. First two floors will be shops. Once the project turns completed, hope to see the major change in this area. Need to know more info, you can contact me.
