I purchased several Air Conditions and Water Heaters from this Raipur Electronics location. Everything happened very smoothly. The appliances were purchased on a Saturday, as promised the following Tuesday all the items were delivered to my address and within 2 days everything was installed as promised. All the staff members have been very helpful and cooperative. Highly recommend this place. I will certainly visit this branch for my future purchases. Keep up the good work!

They sell old bad things here and use them..Too much rude and insults people very badly and very, very bad..Please dont buy anything from here..The store should be closed immediately after reporting their names to the Consumer Forum..

Worst experience. Specially sales person Kaushik lied on commitment for delivery. They will sell product and not generate any Invoice. They will say Invoice will get generated before delivery. Then they will defer delivery as per their wish. When you ask to cancel the purchase because of delayed delivery they will say last night only Invoice has been generated so cannot be cancelled now. So AVOID this store.

Very poor customer handling, specially Mr. Manager (Mr. Arindam)… who thinks himself the owner of the outlet. Doesnt even bother to talk to the Customers properly.Few staffs are really good, like Mr. SuvamWho cares about the customers as well as the outlet.For that also these good sales representatives get scoldings from the manager and cashier.Im very much depressed to get such behaviour and attitude from the Manager.Only because of few good people like Mr. Suvam, in there, I ranked the outlet 2 stars.Ive seen many people are having different problems due to such Managerial attitude.Management/owner of the concern should look into these things, otherwise the business will get a downfall very recently.

They talk big while selling,but have no knowledge the product who selling and really they dont bother about after sales service...Great eastern is 100 times better...This is my first time,ahead of great eastern I buy from Raipur,as kasba store is near my home..but really feeling bad..

My experience is just horrible.. service part is missing from their dictionary. They took too much time to deliver purchased item @ delivery address .And installation part is ..... They will take their own suitable time for delivery and installation. They dont care about customer urgencies.1star is more than enough.

Once the product is sold behavior of sales executive changes completely.before I confirmed the product they said it will be delivered within 2days, but while billing they said it will take 4 days.my experience is just horrible.. Too much late delivery.. Continuously the sales executive was giving contradicting statements. I had to call them continuously to get my product delivered. Once the product is delivered again same contradicting statements start for installation of the product.Worst experience I ever had while purchasing any electrical appliances.

Never buy anything from Raipur Electronics Kasba. Their service after sales is pathetic. Non existent. They sell defective products. Most importantly don’t buy Jaipan products from them. Worst combo.

Horrible experience of mine. The promises made by the staff is worthless. None of them stick to their words. Day after day they postponed the delivery date .They promised to do the installation within 24 hours but no initiative was taken by them rather took more than 2 days to install my appliance. The shops in kolkata I have visited in none I had such an experience .Not only that the staffs are too unprofessional . They are the one who gives lie information to the customer and delay the delivery day by day. I will rather suggest the viewers not to buy any appliance from this shop.....

Very bad experience.. they are fraud. Mr Abhijit Nandy of Raipur electronics is a big fraud.. he sent a man claiming to be from Carrier air conditioners to install an Ac machine.. that man is a random guy who took money & also broke the Ac machine. Later when I complained to Mr Arindam Das he said he will look into this. Carrier also decided not to interfere in the matter as the machine was tampered by a non professional person.We are in a mess.. huge money loss..Purchasing Ac from Raipur electronics Kasba was blunder.

One of the third graded showroom in Kolkata.I never want to give even a single star to thus showroom, but since google asks people to give a star and then review, I have to press this one star.the sales person were very unprofessional and they will tell you like they can deliver and install everything in 2 days . But in reality once you paid the full amount they don’t know you anymore.I bought 1 AC and the salesman called Sanju asked us to arrange for a ladder to fit the outside part of AC. I paid charges for 2days for ladder but they didnt sent the installer.When the installer came, he refused to use the ladder and forced us to buy extra wire cost 5000 as the fitted the outside part on the roof.Installer told that the showroom persons are aware of that. And after selling the salesman refused to take any responsibility of his words. I never want to give even a single star to thus showroom, but since google asks people to give a star and then review, I have to press this one star but in actual I will give -100000, all the claims made by mr sahoo are true as I have experienced this myself. Being a senior citizen I thought to buy a washing machine and refrigerator from this showroom in kasba, but it was to my ultimate horror I experienced the exact same things as explained by Mr. Sahoo. Firstly they delivered wrong items and then when I asked them the same nobody listened. I also got a call to buy a stand for my refrigerator and washing machine but when I asked them when will I get my product or a demo nobody cares, they had forgot that they had to deliver the correct product and above all they behabe in a very unprofessional manner.PLEASE DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHEATING SHOWROOM OR YOU WILL REGRET LATER.

One of the worst store.. the sales person were very unprofessional and they will tell you like they can deliver and install everything in 2 days . But in reality once you paid the full amount they don’t know you anymore. You need to keep them calling and follow up 7/8 times a day then only they will deliver the item that to be after 4/5 days and installation another 3/4 days .Delivery person also very rude they will charge 300/400 even Raipur claim the delivery is free.All you can get is the sales call from fake people they will claim them as calling from Samsung and selling the stands . Samsung never make such things that I came to know from the Samsung technician.Don’t purchase anything from here .. same price no discount and benefits if you think it’s near to the home..

Went to R.B. Avenue connector outlet in Kolkata. Absolutely horrible after sales experience. Sales guys are highly irresponsible. Avoid buying from Raipur Electronics.
