Flat design along with associated aminities and facilities are overall good. But its located far away from Actual Newtown. Surroundings are yet to be developed and might take ample time. Waterlogging problem is also been observed in recent times. In accordance with all pros and cons, the project seems overpriced to us.

The name itself is reflected & feels once you entered inside. After lots of searching we found this project and immediately selected. Hopeful a better life ahead.

The soul is good projected in shapiorji sukhobristi bus stand, this area is hub of Kolkatas it industry and future development, u can invest here without any doubt as this project is being developed by reputed builder

An excellent project with fast paced construction.

Good complex in new town / Rajarhat near shampoo jee. This place will be in demand soon if all the planned developments happen near around.

There is no school, college, hospital ,market nearby. Interior of the flat is not beautifully designed .Outside is OK.The rate of flat is comperatively very high.

Best project at rajarhat newtown

Property location is remote end of Newtown. Property office is made all fancy but once you enter to check out the model flat u get the feeling that it finishes the moment u enter. Even the 4BHK is not worth the space I saw. They say it is 1400 sqft but the room adjustment doesnot justify so. They have tried to remake the bedrooms into small hotel rooms and ate up the space unnecessarily. No breaking of walls is allowed even after u have bought the house, for ex. u want to make the kitchen an open kitchen, u will not be allowed, since it follows some technology which doesnot allow breaking of walls. They are minting money from middle class people. For a 3BHK which is 1310 sqft they are charging 78 lkh with a hand over in 2023. So dont make the mistake of investing in this coz with the same value and same amenities and far better location you will get better living space. The Soul will kill your SOUL.

I will recommend this as the technology used in this price range is very rare. Go for it

If you only need amenities then this is a good project... Otherwise I think the project is overpriced, as the carpet area they are providing is very less... And also they will not allow owners to do any modification on the walls or anywhere as they are using rods and concrete instead of bricks..

Hidden cost are high, which doesnt depends upon base price. As per current scenario rate is higher than expectation.

Location is good.local Market n daily needs shop are in walking distance. Spancers is also nearby. North facing flat cost is cheaper than south facing flat.Amenities are superb.In complex provisions for ATM, Groceries n pharmacy.Nearby sapoorji, Elita Garden Vista like complex.Transport facility is also good as non ac/ac bus stand are nearby in walking distance.Overall worth to buy.
